Press conferences with Joe Biden are about to get very, very weird. He’s the oldest and most blazingly incompetent fraud to ever be put in charge of the White House. And in just a few days – probably sometime this week – reporters are going to start asking Joe Biden about… tampons. Not because Joe Biden is some sort of expert on feminine hygiene products. He’s not that. But reporters will be asking about tampons because shoppers can no longer find them on store shelves. As if a baby formula shortage wasn’t bad enough!
The Food and Drug Administration has just announced that there are widespread shortages of tampons in America. Shoppers had already figured that out. The hashtag #TamponShortage was trending on Twitter even before the FDA sheepishly admitted that it can no longer keep the basic necessities like tampons in stock.
One woman in the Washington, DC area said on Twitter that she visited three CVS stores and found the shelves “99% bare of all tampons.” Another user noted, “I thought I was going crazy noticing empty shelves where tampons should be.” Non-profit groups that collect and gather donated feminine products for the poor have complained of shortages too.
Companies that manufacture tampons are a bit baffled by the whole shortage. There don’t seem to be any tampon factories that have been shut down by the FDA. That’s partly what caused the baby formula shortage. The Biden FDA shut down the largest formula production plant in the country and never allowed it to reopen.
Tampon companies do state that there is a sudden increase in demand. A Tampax spokesperson said in an email to the press:
“Our Tampax team is producing tampons 24/7 to meet the increased demand for our products.”
That kind of gives away the whole game right there, doesn’t it? It’s not as if millions of women materialized out of thin air and suddenly needed tampons. Instead, they came across our southern border. That’s where the sudden increased demand is coming from. In a few weeks or maybe even a few days, we’ll undoubtedly learn that the Biden regime is shipping huge pallets of tampons to the southern border so they can hand them out to illegal aliens.
Twitter users were quick to begin mocking the incompetence of the Biden regime as our nation begins suffering through more embarrassing shortages and scarcity. Here are some choice Tweets:
“Quit putting tampons in the men’s room and there’d be plenty.”
“Baby formula and now a tampon shortage. Biden’s War on Women is on. Stock up ladies!”
And “Tampon shortage? Have you tried checking the men’s bathroom?”
If this goes the same way that the baby formula shortage went, we can already predict how Team Biden will try to deflect the blame while not solving the problem. First, they’ll blame women for the shortage by claiming that some of them are hoarding all the tampons. Tampon hoarders!
Next, they’ll blame Putin. If only there were not a war going on in Ukraine, our store shelves would be stocked with all of those tampons that Ukrainian factories do not make.
Then they’ll shift the blame to the “supply chain.” Truckers aren’t driving fast enough or something. Finally, they’ll sheepishly admit that maybe… just maybe… it was the government’s fault. But only the FDA’s fault!
If it really is a supply chain problem and not an actually-we’re-giving-all-the-tampons-to-illegal-aliens problem, the Biden regime’s Transportation Secretary should be all over it, right? What’s McKinsey consultant Pete Buttigieg up to these days?
Well, Pete is not at work. He’s self-quarantining right now. Despite being double-vaxed and boosted, Pete Buttigieg seems to have contracted a case of COVID somehow. We’re certain that he will spring into action and solve the problem immediately once he’s back at work, because that’s his job, right? Probably not.
The sad thing is that even after the Democrats get crushed in a big red wave this November, and Republicans take back control of the House and Senate, none of these embarrassing supply issues will be resolved. That’s the job of the Executive branch. You can’t fix transport issues when you have a Transportation Secretary that never shows up to work. And you can’t fix shortages when Team Biden keeps hoovering up products on the store shelves and giving them away to illegal aliens.
Any guesses as to what the next Biden-induced shortage will be?
Can you imagine if anyone had said the things we have experienced since 2020 would have happened?
