Biden DOJ Begs Judge Not to Let George Floyd’s Heart Be Examined

As we reported earlier this week, a federal judge has ruled that former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin’s legal team has demonstrated “good cause” to examine the late, not-so-great George Floyd’s heart tissue and fluid samples. If George Floyd did die of a drug overdose (as we all know he did), then Chauvin doesn’t deserve to spend two decades in prison for “murder.”

Lawyers from the Biden Department of Justice filed a motion on Thursday begging the court to not allow an examination of George Floyd’s heart and other samples. To quote the Bart Simpson meme, “What an odd thing to say!”

George Floyd, of course, died on Memorial Day Weekend in 2020 and the Deep State used his tragic death as an excuse to completely change our society. If they could pin the death of Floyd—a black man—on a white cop, it would give the Democrat Party a reason to unleash their shock troops to riot across America and hopefully prevent Donald Trump’s reelection.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison originally put Derek Chauvin on trial in 2021 after charging him with second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter. Chauvin was found guilty, but that wasn’t good enough for the career bureaucrats at the Department of Justice. If this was going to be a murder trial, they needed it to be a racist murder trial because that helps the Democrat Party somehow.

The FBI then swooped into Minnesota to continue the investigation. Sure enough, they determined it was a racist crime and handed it over to the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division. Samantha Trepel and Tara Allison acted as Special Litigation Counsel and charged Derek Chauvin with second-degree murder and depriving George Floyd of his constitutional right to be free from unreasonable force.

Chauvin had a mediocre attorney at the time who encouraged him to plead guilty to both the state and federal charges. Chauvin followed that bad advice and ended up getting 21 years in federal prison. The earliest he can be eligible for parole is in 2038.

It was a shocking outcome to anyone who was paying attention. George Floyd started eating his drugs in his SUV the moment that police first confronted him. He was initially handcuffed and put in the back of a police cruiser. Forensics investigators later found a mashed-up ball in the back of the cruiser that contained meth, fentanyl, and George Floyd’s DNA from his saliva. Neither the state nor federal juries were ever allowed to hear that information.

Floyd began frantically saying that he couldn’t breathe while he was in the back of the cruiser—well before Chauvin and the other officers restrained him on the ground. Chauvin’s original attorney never even flirted with the possibility that this could have been anything other than his client racistly committing a racist murder with his white privilege.

When a physician approached Chauvin’s attorney and told him that in his strongly held medical opinion, George Floyd died of a drug-induced heart attack, the attorney never even told his client.

The Biden DOJ is now freaking out at the possibility that the truth might finally be revealed. In a filing with the court on Thursday, the prosecutors argued that there is “no legal basis” for Chauvin’s request. The claim that Chauvin’s requests to have George Floyd’s heart and fluid samples examined for drug overdose “stem solely from an email he received from an unvetted doctor.”

That unvetted doctor is Dr. William Schaetzel, who worked as a pathologist at the University of Kansas Medical Center for about 25 years. That seems to be a sufficient amount of time to vet someone.

The DOJ argues that Chauvin’s original attorney—the one who helped him get 21 years in prison—made the right choice by not testing George Floyd’s tissue samples to determine whether he died of a drug OD. They liked the result, so the original attorney’s failure was a win-win as far as they were concerned!

Because the Democrat Party has invested so much in sorting society into Good People and Bad People based on our skin color, they’d very much like the judge to change his mind and rescind the order for George Floyd’s heart to be examined. We’ll have to wait and see whether the judge buys that argument.
