Just as the COVID vaccine narrative has finally started to fall completely apart, political leaders who have no medical experience whatsoever are suddenly doubling down. The CDC recently revised all of its COVID guidance, tacitly admitting that all of its advice about masks, social distancing and the vaccines was completely wrong.
But “tyrants gonna tyrant,” so Joe Biden and DC Mayor Muriel Bowser are suddenly punishing the unvaccinated as if it’s February of 2021. Bowser has announced that the Washington, DC School District will now deny an education to unvaccinated students. And Joe Biden gave unvaccinated Coast Guard cadets just 24 hours to leave the Academy.
Unvaccinated Coast Guard cadets had requested religious exemptions on completely valid grounds. But, like he’s done with all other branches of the military, Biden refused those requests under a blanket order. You don’t get to exercise your First Amendment religious rights in Joe Biden’s military. Instead, you get kicked out for trying to exercise those rights.
Biden denied their religious requests back in May, and they were informed that they’d be disenrolled in June. The cadets appealed that ruling once again, on religious grounds. The Coast Guard Academy ruled on that decision on August 18 and informed the cadets they had only 24 hours to leave campus.
Biden just completely screwed these young adults. Not only did he destroy their military careers, but he’s set their college careers back by months, if not a full year or more. August 18th was far too late in the year for the ousted cadets to apply to another college. Never mind the fact that most colleges will deny their applications anyway because they’re unvaccinated. Plus, many military credits that they’ve already earned cannot be transferred to civilian colleges.
Such a nasty, unprecedented way to treat people who volunteered to defend the Constitution.
And speaking of denying an education to people based on their vaccination status, get a load of the piece of work running Washington, DC right now. Mayor Muriel Bowser has announced that any elementary, junior high or high school student who doesn’t show proof of vaccination within the next 20 days is kicked out of school. Oh, and the DC School District won’t allow unvaccinated kids to do remote learning.
“We’re not offering remote learning for children, and families will need to comply with what is necessary to come to school,” said Bowser.
If there’s one community of Americans that has been extremely smart in not trusting the government to inject an experimental substance into their bodies just because the “experts” said so, it’s the black community. Nearly half of all students in the Washington, DC School District are black, and about 40% of those students are unvaccinated, according to the city’s health numbers. Just with the black students alone, this means that about 18% of ALL Washington, DC students are unvaccinated. Do you get the sense that Muriel Bowser’s people didn’t think this through very well?
She’s going to completely deny an education to 40% of black kids in her city. And let’s be honest: Anyone who is not vaccinated at this point, following the biggest propaganda push in world history, is not going to get the shot.
Fewer than 1 million Americans have received the shot this summer, based on the CDC’s own numbers. Vaccinations have plateaued. No one else wants the shots. Nearly half of people who got the shot in the first place say they regret the decision. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in the DC School District, since any family that hasn’t vaxed their kids by this point is never going to. Is Bowser willing to lose billions of dollars in federal education funding, based on the butts-in-seats payment model that public schools operate under? Doubtful.
The best-case scenario at this point is for parents to keep drawing that line in the sand and protecting their children from vaccination. The tyrants will back down eventually. We know the shots don’t work. We know the shots are dangerous. And there’s no way we’re vaccinating our kids.
