COVID Justice: Former NY Governor Andrew Cuomo Referred for Criminal Prosecution

Manhattan, New York,USA - November 11. 2019: Governor Andrew Cuomo holding USA flag at the Veterans Day Parade in NYC

The House Oversight Committee has re-submitted a criminal referral to Attorney General Pam Bondi, to charge disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo with lying under oath during COVID investigations. Joe Biden’s former Attorney General, Merrick Garland, was a partisan hack who ignored all such criminal referrals against Democrats.

Cuomo allegedly lied under oath when he told the House Oversight Committee that he played no role in the decision to send sick COVID-19 patients to nursing homes (even though he signed the executive order to do just that).

Maybe the day of reckoning is finally coming for some of the COVID villains!

Cuomo isn’t the only person who deserves to be shoved down a flight of stairs and sent to serve a long prison sentence for COVID tyranny. But we are happy that he might be the first person to face justice for what happened to all of us.

There were many villains during the pandemic and we’ve kept receipts on all of them. There were a lot of Republicans and Democrats in power who deserve to face justice for what they did.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis had Christian pastors arrested for holding church services during the 2020 lockdowns. Many conservatives want to try to whitewash DeSantis’s record on this issue, but it happened.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott had hair salon owners and bar owners arrested for defying his stay-at-home orders. They were just trying to financially survive and keep their small businesses open.

In California, nearly 25,000 privately owned restaurants permanently closed their doors because of Governor Gavin Newsom’s lockdowns. Meanwhile, Newsom and his friends in the state government were dining on $390-a-plate hand-cut macaroni and cheese with Australian black winter truffles at the French Laundry.

Oh, and let’s not forget Governor Newsom’s cousin, Nancy Pelosi. While everyone else in California was forced to stay at home looking like a hippie, dear ol’ Granny Winebox arranged for a beauty salon to open its doors during the lockdowns in San Francisco so she could have a special private haircut.

But the greatest crime committed against the American people happened on March 25, 2020. That was the date when New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf, and Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer all sent out an identical, word-for-word executive order. All four were Democrats.

No one had publicly voiced the idea in that executive order before all four of them signed it. No public health official had recommended it. Yet out of the blue, four Democrat governors on the exact same day signed an identical executive order to send sick COVID-19 patients to nursing homes in their states.

The results of this decision were devastating. New York had 32,592 deaths from COVID. The majority of them were elderly patients in nursing homes. New Jersey and New York had the highest per capita rate of COVID deaths out of all 50 states. Texas did not send sick COVID patients to nursing homes, by way of comparison. That state experienced only 11,000 COVID deaths, despite having 50% more population than New York.

The only way that fateful decision makes sense is if you understand that the Democrats wanted elderly people to die from COVID. They wanted to “run up the score” and make COVID look much more dangerous than it really was. They viewed this as politically advantageous. It allowed them to claim, “Look at how badly Donald Trump is managing the pandemic” in an election year.

President Trump sent the USS Comfort, a US Navy medical ship, and parked it in the harbor in New York to use as a remote hospital for COVID patients. The Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City was also turned into a makeshift hospital.

Governor Andrew Cuomo turned up his nose at both those ideas and never used them. He sent elderly patients with COVID straight into the nursing homes, and more than 32,000 people died as a result. He let their loved ones watch them die on Zoom.

Cuomo did that, and then he lied about to Congress and claimed he played no role in the decision. Then why did he sign that mysterious executive order, which landed on the desks of four Democrat governors on the exact same day? Pam Bondi should ask him.
