Oh, look: The FBI were even bigger jerks than everyone originally thought when they illegally raided President Donald Trump’s house. What. A. Surprise. Okay, not really. Most of us have not come to understand that the FBI really is the Democrat Party’s version of the Soviet secret police and is now hopelessly irredeemable. In addition to fouling First Lady Melania Trump’s wardrobe, the feds also rifled through 16-year-old Barron Trump’s bedroom and trashed the place.
Just in case it wasn’t already clear to the Trump family and their supporters that the FBI thinks it can act with total impunity. In the wake of the shocking news about the FBI raiding Barron’s room, however, there is a spot of bright news. It looks like Trump drew a good judge to review the case.
The president announced the shocking news at a rally over Labor Day weekend that the FBI raided Barron’s bedroom. Trump told the crowd during a Save America rally in Pennsylvania:
“They rifled through the first lady’s closet drawers and everything else, and even did a deep and ugly search of the room of my 16-year-old son.”
The president says they tore Barron’s room apart and left everything “in far different condition than when they started.”
It’s clear by now that the FBI wasn’t actually looking for anything in particular. They were sending a message to Donald Trump: We can do anything we want to your family, and there’s not a damn thing you can do about it. We will violate your family’s privacy and civil liberties in the worst ways imaginable, so just imagine what we’ll do if you run for president again.
In case it needs to be said again: The Presidential Records Act is a CIVIL statute – not a criminal one. There is no criminal enforcement of presidential records. The National Archives could have sued Donald Trump for any records that they wanted, but even that would have been over the top – since Trump was cooperating with them.
None of us should be surprised by this violation of First Lady Melania and Barron. After all, this is not the first time that Donald Trump’s enemies have tried to hurt him through his family.
Nellie Ohr is the wife of Russia hoax lawyer Bruce Ohr at the FBI. She works for Fusion GPS, the firm hired by Crooked Hillary to invent the Russia hoax out of thin air. Does anyone remember what Nellie Ohr’s job was at Fusion GPS in 2016?
Oh, right. Her job was to do “opposition research” on Barron Trump, who was just 10 years old at the time!
These people are sick. What exactly did these weirdoes think they were going to find while researching the 10-year-old son of their political rival? Was Barron Trump trading his lunch money to Russian immigrant kids at his private school for crack cocaine? Oh, wait. Wrong First Son! I was thinking of Evil Joe’s son Hunter, who has conveniently not had his bedroom searched by the FBI.
As to the bit of good news, Trump’s lawyers filed a motion requesting that a special master be appointed to review the items that the FBI stole from Mar-a-Lago. The judge granted that request on Monday, and actually went one step further. US District Judge Aileen Cannon also told the Department of Justice to stop using the items it seized for “investigative purposes.” This is wholly appropriate, because – again – the President Records Act is not a criminal statute.
The judge even chastised the DOJ preemptively, signaling that the agency really cannot be trusted to follow the Constitution or the rule of law in this matter. Judge Cannon told the DOJ and the FBI to stop investigating the items they stole, because she knows they will selectively leak materials in order to embarrass or hurt Trump. (Judge Cannon was appointed by Trump.)
And the DOJ would do that because they didn’t just steal documents from the Trump household. They also stole personal items, medical information and documents. The way that President Trump’s family is being treated by these goons is unprecedented in American history. It’s never happened to a former political leader before. Not in this country. But it looks like the judge will hopefully get this sorted out and put a stop to the FBI’s shenanigans. They’re still going to arrest Trump at some point before 2024. But the Swamp Creatures are looking less and less credible every day.
The silver lining here is the fact that these actions, like others since 2020, are being revealed to us and the world. All that has gone on serves to prove the validity of what President Trump has been saying all along.
Hearing it is one thing, living through it is another……….

The one thing the Dems AND the DOJ forget, is that all they’ve done will be remembered – IN SPADES. If we can take back both houses of Congress, starting in January 2023, AND the Presidency in 2025 (Trump can’t take office again until Jan. 20, 2025 – overturning the 2020 election is a lost cause), Trump will be able to get rid of many of these people who have betrayed their country. Some may face criminal charges, and they know it. It is because of this that the Dems will try every trick (and illegal action) in the book to steal the 2022 mid-terms. They did it in 2020, and there is no reason they won’t do it again unless there are enough patriotic Americans who are willing to stop it.

Here is a Question for you , why would you carry backpacks in to a house to do a search ? could you have had empty folders in those backpacks to plant around and make it look like someone at the house had them ? when they never were there in the first place ?? That’s why Donald Trump needs to specify what was taken by the Feds. A photo of documents on the floor, with folders that suggested “Top Secret” is such a plant. I understand these folders were empty. The fact that backpacks were taken into Mar a logo is so damning. They could have contained anything. Why the guns? Why the turning off of the security cameras, not allowing lawyers to be present?

The FBI stated that HRC mishandled Top Secret/SCI and other classified material but did not specify what those documents were!
So why are they specifically leaking allegedly nuclear material data was found in this situation when the investigation is ongoing?

I see “outright corruption”. I don’t know how much a conservative Congress and a President Trump can repair, but I want to give them a chance to do it. First off President Trump needs to see General Milley court marshalled for colluding with the Chinese, where he told his Chinese counterpart that he would warn him if Trump planned at attack. WHAT ATTACK? It is Biden who has sold out to the Chinese. Milley is now head of the Joint Chiefs, and was one of those generals responsible for the debacle that was our exit from Afghanistan, including the early desertion of the air base, and all that equipment and technology left behind.

The move to Search the President’s home I believe is more of a preventative action, although the Alphabetters are trying to lend an Aura of Credibility to it much as they did with the Four Illegal FISA Warrants, which they knew were Fallacious BEFORE THEY ASKED FOR THEM.
