In a landmark ruling on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) has ruled that doctors can be held civilly and criminally liable for deaths and injuries caused by the COVID jabs they administered. The ruling also applies to any nurses or other healthcare professionals who encouraged or gave COVID shots to patients.
The ruling also dismantled the retaliatory measures that were taken against any EU doctors who advised their patients against taking the mRNA shots.
This case began in 2022 when Professor Giovanni Frajese of the Foro Italico University of Rome sued the European Commission to try to get the COVID mRNA shots taken off the market. The Moderna and Pfizer shots were given conditional approval by the European Commission in early 2021, which is similar to the Emergency Use Authorization here in the US.
In October 2022, the European Commission gave the gene serums what they call marketing authorizations (MA), which is the equivalent of full FDA approval here in the US. As we’ve reported many times previously, the COVID shots have never been taken off the emergency use authorization here in America. This is because health officials know that the mRNA shots will never be able to pass full human or animal safety trials if they’re conducted. They kill too many people.
Professor Frajese’s initial case was dismissed by the General Court of the EU in 2023. The court cited a lack of standing. Frajese’s argument was that because the shots had been given marketing authorizations, it imposed an obligation on doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to grant informed consent to patients.
Frajese wanted the MAs for the Pfizer and Moderna shots to be removed, arguing that they infringed on his legal standing and professional rights. His argument was rejected by the lower courts, but the European Court of Justice found in his favor on April 1st.
According to the court, once marketing authorization was granted for the shots, a medical prescription is now required from a physician before they can be administered. However, doctors have the option to not prescribe the shots for their patients. The emergency authorization has ended and now liability has shifted to doctors and nurses.
The court also notes that the mRNA shots are not a sort of one-size-fits-all treatment for COVID. We know for a fact now that the shots are incredibly dangerous for certain people. Children and young adults under 50 should never have been given these shots. The same goes for any person with a compromised immune system.
But we all know that’s not what happened during COVID. The CDC and the FDA said the shots were “safe and effective” and that was good enough for most doctors. They stopped providing individualized patient care and started jabbing everyone to make money for Pfizer and Moderna. Why not? It’s not like they faced any liability threats if the shots killed you or gave you cancer of the penis.
That all changes now, at least in Europe. The ECJ ruled that going forward, doctors have to take responsibility for the mRNA jabs they give to people, “without ifs or buts.”
Doctors are also required to give informed consent to patients and warn them of the high risk of death or serious illness from this mRNA technology. Doctors must advise their patients in good faith—and individually—of the risks that accompany these shots.
If a patient has a compromised immune system, doctors need to warn them that the shots could damage their immune system even further. If a patient is under 50, they need to be warned about the risks of clotting disorders and heart damage. All patients need to be warned about the risks of turbo cancers.
It doesn’t appear that the ruling will be retroactive. Doctors can’t be sued or criminally charged for killing their patients for the past three years with these shots. But going forward, they’re now on the hook if they don’t warn their patients of how dangerous the mRNA jabs really are.
That’s progress—at least in Europe. Unfortunately, courts here in the US are not standing up for patient rights or health. The CDC has even added the mRNA jabs to the childhood vaccine schedule, even though they’re still under emergency use authorization. This is not something you’ll hear us say often, but we hope that America will catch up with the European courts for once.
