House Report Finds FBI Has Been ILLEGALLY Spying on Trump Voters’ Bank Accounts

The Democrat-controlled federal government has reportedly been violating a number of privacy laws to SPY on American citizens and keep track of every single purchase they make – but to what end?

The House Judiciary Committee, in conjunction with its Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, released a report which accused the incredibly corrupt FBI of “manipulating” a system used to track terrorists in order to keep a closer eye on the things you and your family members buy.

These Committees determined that the bureau has been using Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in order to gain access to extremely sensitive and private financial data, without any warrants or probably cause justification.

In order to achieve this, the FBI has pressured banks to file reports on individuals who the FBI has deemed to be “suspicious.”

And considering that FBI Director Christopher Wray has repeatedly stated that he thinks the biggest threat to this country is “White conservatives,” often saying these people are “domestic terrorists” it’s not hard to imagine that the FBI was using this absurdly corrupt tactic to spy on MAGA voters!

Documents show that federal law enforcement increasingly works hand-in-glove with financial institutions, obtaining virtually unchecked access to private financial data and testing out new methods and new technology to continue the financial surveillance of American citizens,” the report reads.

Federal law enforcement officials have been accused of intentionally circumventing the Bank Secrecy Act which allows for this kind of surveillance to take place but ONLY if there is probable cause.

With narrow exception, federal law does not permit law enforcement to inquire into financial institutions’ customer information without some form of legal process,” the report states.

The FBI circumvents this process by tipping off financial institutions to ‘suspicious’ individuals and encouraging these institutions to file a SAR — which does not require any legal process — and thereby provide federal law enforcement with access to confidential and highly sensitive information.”

Of course, in response to these allegations, the FBI claimed that their intrusive surveillance operation was conducted “legally” but the federal agency is not going to come out and admit that they’ve been calling Americans like you and I “terrorists” in order to gain unfettered access to our bank accounts.

The FBI cannot open an investigation without evidence of a federal criminal violation or a threat to national security. We follow the law and the facts, and we never open an investigation based solely on First Amendment activity,” the bureau stated.

This part is true, but again, remember they’ve been screaming from the rooftops for YEARS that us Trump supporters are “threats to national security.”

Everything they’ve said about us has been done to give them an excuse to illegally spy on us – and this report just proves that’s exactly what they’ve been doing.
