Good grief, Georgia is a hot mess. Out of all of the states where we expected the Democrats to try to pull election shenanigans in 2020, was Georgia even on your Top Ten list? But here we have a red state with a supposedly Republican Governor and a supposedly Republican Secretary of State who seem to be actively colluding with the Democrat Party and Dominion Voting Systems to put Kamala Harris in the White House. We can’t even begin to ascertain the motivations of these Never Trump weirdos at this point. But here’s the latest insanity from the Peach State.
Attorneys Sidney Powell and Lin Wood have been trying to get the ridiculously compromised Dominion Voting Systems machines in Georgia locked down as evidence. If mass fraud is going to be proved in Georgia, the best evidence will likely be on those machines. Late last week, a judge ordered the machines to be locked down. About an hour later, the judge bizarrely changed his mind and said the State of Georgia could go ahead and erase the machines.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger wants to wipe the machines (you know, like, with Hillary’s Bleachbit cloth) so they can be used for the January runoff elections in the US Senate races in Georgia. How can any reasonable person look at that situation and think it’s anything other than exactly what we all think it is: Destroying evidence?
Not to mention the fact that all states are required under federal law to keep all of their election data intact for 22 months after a federal election. Situations like this are the exact reason that federal law exists. 97% of Trump voters believe this was a fraudulent election. We have questions. Those machines need to be locked down.
While attempting to conduct a recount in Fulton County, GA on a Dominion remote server Sunday (a recount the Trump campaign requested), the Dominion server supposedly crashed. Oops. That’s convenient and confidence-inspiring at the same time, isn’t it? Except now that story is changing on the fly. There are reports that the server is actually missing. Are Hillary Clinton and James Comey moonlighting in Georgia these days, or does it just look that way?
Meanwhile, employees who worked for Dominion Voting Systems have gone dark. They’re erasing their social media accounts and LinkedIn profiles. Dominion’s offices have been abandoned. To date, no one from Dominion has spoken to any reporter, anywhere in the country. There was one interview on CNN in which an individual purported to be a representative of Dominion (and who denied all claims of election theft). But that person was a crisis management expert from Dominion’s PR firm.
We have, however, managed to identify one former employee of Dominion Voting Systems in Fulton County, Georgia. His name is Aric Thompson. Mr. Thompson started working as an on-site technician for Dominion in January. That’s because Thompson had been let go from his previous job as the Georgia photographer for the Kamala Harris for President campaign. Isn’t it funny how these Democrats in a tiny little circle always seem to land on their feet when they lose a job?
Harris, you’ll remember, was so unpopular with Democrat Party voters that she dropped out of the race last year before the first primary votes even took place. Yet somehow, a woman who was polling at 0.0% in her home state of California helped propel Joe Biden to the biggest presidential election “victory” in US history.
Some Republicans are starting to pooh-pooh President Trump’s efforts to overturn the fake results in Georgia. They claim that we need to focus on the two January Senate races because that’s “all that matters.” Every effort, according to these surrender monkeys, must be poured into winning those races, so let’s just abandon the presidential race.
I disagree for two reasons. First, we have it on good authority from former CNN Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin that adults are perfectly capable of doing two things at once if they set their minds to it. Just be sure to hit the ‘Mute’ button on your Zoom call first!
Second, because why would anyone expect Georgia to run a pair of clean Senate races if we allow the crooks to get away with stealing the November presidential election? It’s really a now-or-never situation in cleaning up this election fraud.

A part of the courts job is oversite, and if someone or some state is violating the constitution, then the court should step in, whether there is a complaint or brief filed in a lower court or the high court directly. If the court is not doing this then the court is not doing the do diligence it is suppose to do, to protect the constitution. And if the court is not going to do its job then it is up to we the people to do the job, and if we have to do the job then we just as well fire the court, we are the only ones that can. It makes no difference if a judge is conservative or liberal if the judge does not follow the constitution. The constitution was not put there to protect the legislature, the administration, or the court, it was put there to protect we the people, from the government, by putting in guide lines for the government to follow. When the government does not want to follow, then the government has to go. I think that the court gets so tongue tied with the literal meaning of the law that it forgets what its job is.
Since officials in a number of states have taken it upon themselves to make laws with out the legislative bodies in those states, that the constitution gives the legislative bodies the power to do. They are ignoring the constitution, and need to be reigned in. It is past time for the SCROTUS to do its do diligence, and step in, if the SCROTUS does not wish to do so, then we the people will have to do the job of the court, and we will not need the court.

U.S. Code Section 242 of Title 18, Deprivation of rights under color of law, makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
For the purpose of Section 242, acts under “color of law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties.
Some states have gotten the idea that they can just change laws because they want to. However that is not the case, when a state becomes a state they sign on to the constitution and the bill of rights, and all of the laws contained with in the constitution. These are the over riding laws of the land, and apply to all states, and can not be just dismissed out of hand by any state governor, state legislature, or any state official, or local officials. It does not work that way. The constitution and the bill of rights can not be changed by any government body be it federal state or local. Changes to the constitution and the bill of rights can only be made by we the people. Your employer, Not with E.O. or legislation by any governing body, or any whim of someone on the supreme court. This to keep government from usurping the power of the people.

The supreme Court is “appointed” to oversee the implementation of the constitution, and the protection of the constitution, by enforcing the constitution.
Lately it would seem that the Supreme Court is neglecting its role of oversight, and enforcement. Which means it is not protecting the constitution.
Several years ago, a case in Judge Jackson’s Norfolk, Va. Court found Goog-le Am-O-L, Gannet and Tar-Get guilty of Infringement. Every count, I believe 9 total: Guilty 12-0. Unanimous against these giant companies. Case was: “Vringo vs IP Internet”. Royalties and awards were over $1,000,000,000 for VRNG. “However” Lawyers for Goog-Le said “Don’t worry, we will take this to the US Appeals Court”. 2 of 3 judges decided “they” didn’t like the outcome of the unanimous 12-person jury. They tossed the case! The only judge to dissent was Judge Chen, who was the only judge of the 3 with a background in computer technology. The case went to the U.S. Supreme Court. But for some reason, the biggest Court in the country refused to look at the case! Thousands of Vringo shareholders lost life savings because of these corrupt ndividuals! This court needs to be disbanded and charged for crimes against the U.S. Taxpayers for failing to protect the citizens of this country! As much as I hate to say this the Supreme Court is condoning this behavior, by not enforcing the constitution. This is their job, to protect the constitution by enforcing it. The Supreme Courts job of over site does not end because a case is not filed in a lower court. There is nothing in the constitution that says the Supreme Court it’s self cannot call on the DOJ or Superior Court to take action on such matters, and for it not to do so is negligence. As I have said before and will repeat.
The constitution was not put there to protect the legislature, the administration, or the court, it was put there to protect we the people, from the government, by putting in guide lines for the government to follow.

U.S. Code Section 242 of Title 18, Deprivation of rights under color of law, makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
For the purpose of Section 242, acts under “color of law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties.
Some states have gotten the idea that they can just change laws because they want to. However that is not the case, when a state becomes a state they sign on to the constitution and the bill of rights, and all of the laws contained with in the constitution. These are the over riding laws of the land, and apply to all states, and can not be just dismissed out of hand by any state governor, state legislature, or any state official, or local officials. It does not work that way. The constitution and the bill of rights can not be changed by any government body be it federal state or local. Changes to the constitution and the bill of rights can only be made by we the people. Not with E.O. or legislation by any governing body, or any whim of someone on the supreme court. This is to keep government from usurping the power of the people.
