Idaho Governor Brad Little (R) signed a law this week that authorizes the execution of pedophiles by firing squad. While it’s not quite the “woodchipper solution” that most Americans long for, at least it’s a step in the right direction!
A lot of people may not realize it because the news media avoids the subject, but America has unprecedented amounts of child trafficking and pornography happening right now. That’s what happens when you throw your nation’s borders wide open for four years.
Prosecutors are now allowed to seek the death penalty in Idaho for sexual offenses against kids 12 and under. The new law also carries a 25-year prison sentence for sexual offenses involving 13- to 16-year-olds.
“The sexual abuse of children is sickening and evil, and perpetrators convicted of these crimes deserve the ultimate punishment,” said Gov. Little as he signed the bill into law.
Amen!
There are few areas in American life where “the law” and public sentiment differ more. Most Americans understand that pedophiles present a unique danger to communities. They cannot be redeemed or rehabilitated by a prison sentence. If you talk to any probation officer, they will tell you that pedophiles will always re-offend by molesting another child at the first opportunity. A large majority of adults support the death penalty for these offenders.
Yet the Supreme Court consistently rules in 5-4 split decisions that the punishment does not fit the crime. The high court claims that if the child didn’t die as a result of the abuse, it doesn’t merit executing the perp. The federal government stopped imposing the death penalty for pedophiles in the 1970s.
Florida and Tennessee both recently passed laws to start executing these creeps. Idaho is the first state to authorize death by firing squad for them. Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Virginia all have pending legislation that would authorize executing child molesters.
America desperately needs laws like this after four years of having Joe Biden in charge. On Monday, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced the arrest of a massive child pornography ring. Eight Florida residents and a Turkish kingpin were arrested.
Florida authorities discovered more than 1 million child porn videos that these individuals found and purchased through TikTok. The Turkish national who was running the operation lives in New Jersey. Two illegal aliens from Mexico who were living in Oregon have also been arrested as part of the child porn ring.
Here’s the Florida Attorney General describing the bust:
🚨 #BREAKING: Florida just busted an *MASSIVE* INTERNATIONAL child p*rnagraphy ring with over 1M videos involved… including babies.

Here’s another horror story that you probably didn’t see the mainstream media talking about.
Los Angeles County has agreed to pay a $4 BILLION settlement to child victims who were sexually abused in the LA County foster care and juvenile justice systems. That’s almost four times the size of the largest Catholic abuse settlement and nearly twice as big as the Boy Scouts of America settlement a few years ago.
A 2020 law passed in California gave child sexual abuse victims a new opportunity to sue for damages, even though the statute of limitations had expired. Thousands of men and women filed lawsuits stating that they had been molested or raped by probation officers while they were being held in LA County’s network of juvenile halls and camps.
Thousands of additional victims filed suit over the abuse they suffered at a foster care facility called McClaren Children’s Center. The victims’ attorneys described the foster care center as a “house of horrors.” Kids were abused in that center from the 1960s until it was shut down in the early 2000s.
LA County taxpayers are now on the hook for $4 billion because their soft-on-pedophilia policies obviously don’t act as much of a deterrent.
It’s good to see that states are finally starting to take this crime seriously again. President Trump takes it seriously as well. On his first day back in office, he signed an executive order to reinstate the death penalty for capital crimes, including child rape and trafficking. The order to seek the death penalty also applies to illegal aliens guilty of these crimes, regardless of any other factors.
This is a necessary step in restoring America. A nation that doesn’t protect its children from monsters is a nation that does not deserve to survive. Congratulations to Idaho for advancing this important legislation!
