If just a few more days had passed, James Comey would have gotten away with everything scot-free. The statute of limitations on his “alleged” crimes was set to expire on Tuesday. The corrupt and weaponized Justice Department, which Attorney General Pam Bondi doesn’t seem to have any control over, was going to let Comey walk. At the last minute, the Trump administration replaced US Attorney Erik Siebert in the Eastern District of Virginia with White House aide Lindsay Halligan. She immediately got an indictment against Comey on two counts related to the Russia collusion hoax.
The charges include lying under oath [18 U.S.C. § 1001(a)(2)] to Congress on September 30, 2020, during testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, and obstruction of justice [18 U.S.C. § 1505] stemming from the same testimony.
Here is the key testimony that Comey delivered in 2020, when he “allegedly” lied to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) under oath:
The Russia collusion hoax was already well underway by the summer of 2016. Hillary Clinton had laundered $1 million in campaign funds through the Perkins Coie law firm. The cash went to Fusion GPS to manufacture the Russian potty dossier and launch the collusion hoax with that document. Hillary’s campaign falsely labeled the payment on FEC forms as “legal services,” even though the money was actually passed through the law firm to Fusion.
On January 5, 2017, Obama’s inner circle met to launch the next phase of the Russia collusion hoax. They were on their way out the door. Trump would be sworn in on January 20.
Everyone in that meeting knew that the Russia collusion hoax was illegal, false, and tantamount to treason. That’s why Obama’s National Security Advisor Susan Rice memorialized the meeting in her notes. She was covering her own rear-end, in case the plot was ever exposed.
Rice admitted in her notes that Barack Obama and Joe Biden were at that meeting. So was former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, former CIA Director John Brennan, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, former FBI lovebirds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, and James Comey himself.
Comey testified that he did not remember “being taught” about the approval of the Russia collusion hoax. He knew. He absolutely knew. He was in that January 5, 2017, meeting and was one of the ringleaders of the Russia collusion hoax.
Comey can try to play up the “I don’t remember” and “I was not aware” angle for his defense. But that opens up some interesting possibilities as Lindsay Halligan puts him on trial.
Her job will be to convince a jury that Comey was fully aware of the Russia collusion hoax. That means she can call all the other witnesses to the stand and put them under oath. McCabe, Brennan, Lynch, Strzok, Page, and even Crooked Hillary herself. Even though the statute of limitations has expired on many of their crimes, they could face new charges of perjury if Halligan can catch them lying under oath in Comey’s federal trial.
James Comey’s complete lack of morals and scruples, not to mention his sheer arrogance, is kind of stunning when you take two steps back and look at it.
Because he didn’t like the outcome of an election, he felt entitled to help hatch a grand conspiracy to destroy Donald Trump’s presidency. The Russia collusion hoax involved spies from Ukraine, Great Britain, Italy, Australia, and the United States. (Nary a Russian in sight!)
Comey, and by extension, everyone else involved in the plot, got hundreds of thousands of people killed. They pumped up anti-Russia hatred by carrying out the plot, which has been used to justify America’s prolonged involvement in Joe Biden’s pointless Ukraine war.
The day after Donald Trump left office after his first term, James Comey was on the airwaves demanding that Trump be prosecuted over January 6 and barred from ever running for office again. How ironic.
An FBI whistleblower has finally come forward and admitted the truth about January 6 to Sen. Chuck Grassley. Former FBI Director Christopher Wray (another snake) testified under oath that there were around 24 undercover FBI agents in the crowd on January 6. The whistleblower has revealed that the true number was 275. That means Christopher Wray also lied under oath.
James Comey is just the first of the co-conspirators against Donald Trump to be indicted. He won’t be the last.
