Landmark Case: Lawsuit After Hospital Euthanized 19-Year-Old COVID Patient

One of the most shocking things to try to explain to people is how the hospitals began euthanizing COVID patients back in 2020. Even though many families know that doctors murdered their loved ones, it’s extremely difficult to get around the PREP Act and bring a wrongful death suit against these evildoers. So, people pretend it never happened. But it did. And now a landmark lawsuit in Wisconsin has been allowed to move forward.

A family is suing Ascension Health’s St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton after they say doctors euthanized their 19-year-old daughter when she had COVID.

Grace Schara caught the coronavirus in 2021. The 19-year-old woman had Down’s syndrome. She wasn’t vaccinated, and when her symptoms started to get worse, her parents took her to the hospital.

The young woman’s condition kept getting worse. At some point, the hospital had the young woman sign a Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) order for herself. Because she had Down’s syndrome, Grace obviously couldn’t consent to something like that. The hospital never told her parents that the DNR had been signed.

Someone at the hospital decided, “Her life is not valuable. It’s ok if she dies.”

Then, they gave her a fatal combination of Precedex, Lorazepam, and morphine. They euthanized her without her parents’ knowledge. The hospital denies all wrongdoing, claiming in a press release, “Grace Schara’s medical records speak for themselves.”

No one is buying that.

The national media will never cover it, but the community in Appleton has been holding rallies for Grace outside the hospital since 2022. They’re out in droves this week as the trial gets underway.

This is the first wrongful death lawsuit in the country that has been allowed to proceed, in which the patient’s cause of death is listed as “COVID-19.” The PREP Act does not protect doctors and hospitals in cases where medical battery occurs. The judge has allowed the case to proceed on those grounds.

The family is suing for negligence, lack of informed consent, and medical battery. The trial is expected to last three weeks.

Grace Schara is not the only person this happened to. Under the Biden regime, hospitals were paid extra every time they diagnosed a person with COVID-19. If they moved that person into a hospital bed, the hospital got a second extra payment from the government. If the patient died, the hospital got a third payment.

Mo’ money, mo’ money, mo’ money!

In other words, the Biden regime and other governments incentivized hospitals and doctors to kill their COVID patients. The hospitals and doctors went along with this willingly. They killed patients to make more money.

This also beefed up the number of “COVID” deaths so they could scare people into taking the mRNA vaccines, which made the pharmaceutical companies wealthy beyond belief.

We reported previously that Great Britain had an astonishing 45,000 excess deaths in April 2020. The UK never had any subsequent surge of deaths even close to that, during much worse waves of COVID-19. Dr. Wilson Sy wondered what had happened, so he examined the numbers from the UK’s National Health Service.

In tens of thousands of those excess deaths, the elderly patients with COVID had been dosed repeatedly with subcutaneous injections of Midazolam. That’s a drug that normally functions as a sedative. Any doctor knows, however, that if you give a patient with a respiratory infection repeat doses of Midazolam, it will relax the lungs to the point where they suffocate.

Doctors were injecting elderly COVID patients with a drug that would kill them, while declaring to the public, “Look at how dangerous and scary COVID is!”

It’s very difficult for many people to believe that doctors and hospitals simply killed COVID patients to make more money. This actually happened. Hopefully, Grace Schara’s case in Wisconsin will allow some justice for her family—and will open the door for additional families to find closure for the suspicious deaths of their loved ones.

Podcaster Joe Rogan’s mind was blown this week when Dr. Mary Talley Bowden told him about Grace’s case. Watch his expression when he learns that hospitals were deliberately euthanizing patients just to free up beds and make more money:
