In a stunning development, the New York Court of Appeals has ruled that Donald Trump’s gag order in the fake Stormy Daniels case will remain in place. If Donald Trump is allowed to speak in public, as the First Amendment says he’s allowed to do, even more members of the public might realize how rigged and unprecedented this trial is.
It’s time to start bracing ourselves for the fact that these monsters are going to send Donald Trump to prison at his sentencing hearing next month. He’s not going to get a fair shake in New York.
If you’ve been following this case at all, then you know that Matthew Colangelo was the number three top official at the Biden Department of Justice. Colangelo gave up that job, which has a much higher paycheck and much more prestige attached to it, to go and work in a grimy New York district attorney’s office under Alvin Bragg. This was a move that absolutely stinks of partisanship.
Colangelo was dispatched by the Biden White House to assist in persecuting his biggest political rival, Donald Trump, as part of a broader operation to interfere in the 2024 election.
The day that Colangelo left his job at the DOJ was the same day that Merrick Garland appointed Jack Smith to go after Trump on fake crimes related to January 6 and the classified documents in Florida that Trump had every right to possess. The string of coincidences is just too obvious.
It was Colangelo who asked the screechy and effeminate girly-man of a judge, Juan Merchan, to keep the gag order against Trump in place after the trial. Colangelo argued that this was to “avoid threats to the fairness of the trial itself.”
To emphasize just how unprecedented and upside-down this is, you don’t place gag orders on the defendants in criminal cases. Expert witness attorneys who testified before the House Judiciary Committee earlier this month stated that throughout their entire careers, they have never seen an instance where a judge placed a defendant under a gag order.
The purpose of gag orders is to ensure that a defendant gets a fair trial, so you gag the prosecutors and the witnesses against the defendant—not the defendant himself.
Let’s say that you have an actual criminal, like an Al Capone type, who is on trial. If a gag order is put in place at all, it would be against the prosecution. It’s a high-profile case and you don’t want the prosecutor blabbing to the media to taint the jury or public opinion against Al Capone. You might also gag the defense witnesses against Capone. You don’t, however, gag Al Capone.
Why not? Because Al Capone is entitled to a fair trial, whether you like him or not. Al Capone is the one whose liberty is at stake, not the prosecutors.
But here we have Donald Trump, whose liberty is very much at stake, being prohibited from exercising his First Amendment right to free speech—even after the trial is over!
Trump has been convicted of 34 counts of someone at the Trump Organization labeling payments to his attorney as “legal expenses.” Other than that, no one can even tell us what crime Trump was found guilty of in this absurd and dopey trial.
Maria Bartiromo asked Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) what crime Trump was convicted of on her Fox News show over the weekend. Dingell froze up and started stammering. She had no answer. Nobody even knows what crime Trump supposedly committed!
If you’re keeping score, Trump official Peter Navarro is in prison right now. Steve Bannon is about to go to prison. The Department of Justice has indicted the owner of the Epoch Times on some BS charges.
The Biden DOJ is also asking a court to bar Elon Musk from serving as the CEO of Tesla and to remove him from the board. They’re furious that Musk bought Twitter/X because it is now one of the few remaining places where people can speak freely about this illegitimate, unelected, and criminal regime that has destroyed the rule of law in America.
We do have one bit of good news to report, however. Starting Monday evening, they began erecting security fences around the US Supreme Court in Washington, DC. Two rulings that will impact the lawfare cases against President Trump are expected to come down any minute.
They’re not putting fencing up to keep Trump supporters away. We’re not the ones who stage violent riots and insurrections.
They’re putting the fencing up because they know the Democrats aren’t going to like what the court has decided.

I think it’s absolutely absurd that the Supreme Court has not taken over all these politically motivated lawfare cases. The way Biden and Democrats are asscerting their political election interference is a constitutional crisis. All cases have been brought in overwhelmingly Democrat counties. Every case concerns the USA presidential election and Biden & Garland’s injustice is complete election interference. This is all a matter to be heard by highest court in country and stop the lawfare going on in the lower courts. The Supreme Court has to put to all bias judges & prosecutors violating Trump’s Constitutional Rights.
