The 31-Year-Old Voting Law that has Allowed Democrats to Hold onto Power

As if it wasn’t already bad enough that the American taxpayer is being forced to subsidize President Biden’s mass illegal immigration scheme, apparently our money is also being used to make sure that those very same illegals have the ability to vote in our elections.

What’s happening is that upon sneaking into the country, illegals are heading to our state welfare agencies to apply for tax-payer funded aid.

And when they do that, the welfare agencies are providing them with voter registration forms which they can fill out and then proceed to vote in the U.S. – despite the fact that they’re not citizens.

It’s not even up to the states here. About 30 years ago the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (passed by a Democratic majority in Congress) MANDATED that states register voters at any place where they can apply for public benefits.

Thanks to this law, all applicants have to do is claim to be an American citizen and without even being asked for proof, they’re provided with the necessary documentation to vote.

Illegals are VERY incentivized to lie in this case, both to guarantee they receive the government benefits and to avoid potentially being flagged for deportation.

In other words, our government has a program that rewards illegal immigrants with our tax money and the right to vote for LYING about their immigration status.

Who would have ever thought that could go wrong…

No matter how red your state is – it’s happening. It also explains why Democrats are still pretending like they have a fighting chance in the upcoming presidential race.

The Democrats are now no better than the mafia, extorting illegal immigrants to pay them with votes in exchange for protection and taxpayer money.

Some Republicans have been sounding the alarm over this and trying to put an end to it via things like the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act which demands that states receive proof of citizenship when someone registers to vote.

Republican Rep. Chip Roy said, “While Biden and radical progressive Democrats give ISIS and criminals an app to literally schedule their illegal entry, Republicans must fight any chance of illegal voter registration until we can mass deport.”

House Speaker Mike Johnson has also added, “As President Biden has welcomed millions of illegal aliens through our borders, including sophisticated criminal syndicates and foreign adversaries, it is incumbent upon Congress to implement greater enforcement measures that secure the voter registration process and ensure only American citizens decide the outcome of American elections.”

But of course, the Democrats don’t want that to happen – so they’re claiming it’s “racist” to make sure that the people voting in American elections are actually American.

The Democrats know full-well that if ONLY legitimate American votes are counted, they will be overwhelmingly removed from office in one of the biggest red wave’s this nation has ever seen – punishing them for what they’ve done to this country.

However, if we wish to truly fix the issues facing America today, we HAVE TO fix things like this which are enabling the Democrats to wreak havoc across the country while knowing that their loyal illegal immigrants will continue to vote for them out of fear.
