Trump Admin NUKES What’s Left of the Democrats’ Propaganda Machine While Saving Taxpayers BILLIONS

POZNAN, POL - JUL 31, 2024: Flat-screen TV set displaying logo of PBS, a public broadcaster and non-commercial, free-to-air television network based in Crystal City, Virginia, USA

Over the years, state-funded media organizations National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) have made it clear that they are little more than propaganda outlets for the Democratic party – and it’s time that stops.

While taking tens of millions in taxpayer money, these organizations have pushed out content that is undeniably designed to convince listeners to support Democrats and their anti-American policies.

Initially, this started out as suggestive content which tried to paint the picture that the Democrats were the “good guys” with the policies that are designed to help the average American family (a completely laughable claim in retrospect.)

But then when President Donald Trump was elected back in 2016 things got MUCH worse.

These two outlets took their tax-payer funding and used it to claim that the Trump and anybody who supported him was a “threat” to the country. These state-funded media organizations spread lies and hate in order to divide the country for the benefit of the Democratic party.

Now, Trump’s government is looking to looking to cut spending and putting an end to tax-payer funded propaganda seems like a good place to start!

Trump has already threatened to completely defund these organizations, but now Brendan Carr, the head of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) under Trump, has announced that he is launching a formal investigation into NPR and PBS.

More specifically, the FCC is investigating these two media outlets over their member stations potentially airing “prohibited commercial advertisements,” according to a letter penned by Carr.

I am concerned that NPR and PBS broadcasts could be violating federal law by airing commercials,” Carr wrote. “In particular, it is possible that NPR and PBS member stations are broadcasting underwriting announcements that cross the line into prohibited commercial advertisements.”

NPR and PBS are considered “noncommercial radio and television stations” which can take “underwriting sponsorships” that are similar to advertisements but face more strict rules.

But this ad violation is really just a way for the Trump administration to make these outlets pay for having spent all these years stealing from the taxpayers while churning out destructive anti-American propaganda.

Through the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, NPR and PBS have received federal funding for decades. For Fiscal year 2025, the CPB received $535 MILLION in taxpayer money from the federal government which it then distributed among several public broadcasting orgs – including NPR and PBS.

Both of these organizations have denied any wrongdoing – but of course, when there is that much money at stake fueling a political propaganda machine, they’re not exactly going to come out and say “you caught us!”

Carr has vowed to ensure that “broadcasters operate in the public interest,” said he will inform members of Congress about his agency’s investigation in an effort to convince them to stop requiring taxpayers to subsidize these organizations.

“To the extent that these taxpayer dollars are being used to support a for-profit endeavor or an entity that is airing commercial advertisements, then that would further undermine any case for continuing to fund NPR and PBS with taxpayer dollars.”

There is simply no world in which Americans should be forced to fund organizations which spend all of their effort producing content that goes against America’s own interests.

Democrat propagandists in the mainstream media – like MSNBC and CNN – are already on their last leg thanks to the American people making it clear we don’t support their garbage.

If Trump can eliminate this government funded propaganda, then we will have successfully CRIPPLED the Democrats’ lie machine.

This is the only way to restore faith in media!
