President Donald Trump has ordered the Department of Justice to free Tina Peters – a former election worker who was sent to PRISON by the Democrats after she CAUGHT THEM rigging the 2020 election.
Peters was a Colorado election worker in the 2020 election when she uncovered proof that the Democrats were rigging the presidential election in the form of voter machine tampering.
When she began speaking out about her findings, the crooked leftists silenced her by sending her to prison for 9 years in late 2024.
Despite having committed no ACTUAL crime, she was convicted of three counts of attempting to influence a public servant, one count of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, first-degree official misconduct, violation of duty and failing to comply with the secretary of state in relation to security breaches of Dominion Voting Systems voting machines.
This was all a bunch of BS but the corrupt courts wanted to protect the Democrats big lie – so they made sure she was locked up.
“Radical Left Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser ignores Illegals committing Violent Crimes like Rape and Murder in his State and, instead, jailed Tina Peters, a 69-year-old Gold Star mother who worked to expose and document Democrat Election Fraud,” President Trump wrote on a Truth Social post.
“Tina is an innocent Political Prisoner being horribly and unjustly punished in the form of Cruel and Unusual Punishment. This is a Communist persecution by the Radical Left Democrats to cover up their Election crimes and misdeeds in 2020. The same Democrat Party that flies to El Salvador to try to free an MS-13 Terrorist, is cruelly imprisoning, perhaps for life, a grandmother whose brave and heroic son gave his life for America,” Trump added.
“Colorado must end this unjust incarceration of an innocent American,” he continued. “I am hereby directing the Department of Justice to take all necessary action to help secure the release of this ‘hostage’ being held in a Colorado prison by the Democrats, for political reasons. FREE TINA PETERS, NOW!”
During Tina Peter’s sentencing hearing in October 2024 an obviously left-wing Colorado Judge Matthew Barett told Peters, “Your lies are well documented, and these convictions are serious. I’m convinced you’d do it all over again if you could. You’re as defiant a defendant as this court has ever seen.”
“There are many things in my mind that are crystal clear about this case, you are no hero,” the radical judge continued attacking her. “You abused your position, and you’re a charlatan who used and is still using your prior position in office to peddle a snake oil that’s been proven to be junk, time and time again.”
If that doesn’t SCREAM bias then I don’t know what does…
Prosecutors in her case also argued that Peters was “seeking fame” implying that this was the driving force behind her efforts to expose what the Democrats were doing but that’s just a blatant lie.
As Trump pointed out in his Truth Social post, Peters is a Gold Star mother which means she lost a child fighting for this country in combat. It’s very clear that she is a PATRIOT fighting for what’s right.
She is an American hero who sought to protect this country from the tyrannical left. And the Democrats slandered her name then locked her up and threw away the key for daring to do that.
Trump freeing her is a major win.
