Well, that was even dumber than anyone expected. The indictment fabricated by George Soros’s affirmative action hire Alvin Bragg was even more childishly transparent than any of us were anticipating. He never lists an actual crime among the “34 counts” on the indictment. That’s not an exaggeration. And on the same day that Trump was being fake-arrested in New York City, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against Stormy Daniels AGAIN and issued another summary judgment against her. After losing yet another case against 45, Stormy now owes him something like $620,000 and counting.
First, a brief word on this stupid indictment. The “34 counts” listed in the indictment are actually just one count split up 34 times to make it sound stronger to a jury. If a juror is finally selected and finds out it’s 34 charges, they’ll think, “Holy smokes! If this guy committed 34 crimes, he must really be a bad hombre!”
But it’s really just one charge – and it’s an incredibly weak one. The charge is that Trump falsified business records in the furtherance of another crime, in order to affect the outcome of the 2016 election. The “furtherance of another crime” is how District Attorney Fatty Bragg stretched what’s otherwise a misdemeanor case into “34 felonies.” But there’s a problem with that, which every legal expert has been pointing out since the indictment was unsealed.
If the state is going to accuse someone of committing a crime in the “furtherance of another crime,” a prosecutor has to list what the “another crime” is. Otherwise, you’re simply accusing someone of a crime without actually telling them what it is. Our system doesn’t work that way. If you’re going to charge someone, you have to tell them what law they’re charged with breaking – otherwise you don’t have a case.
This is why the Federal Election Commission, the IRS, the Department of Justice, and even the Mueller Witch Hunt all refused to bring charges against Trump over the Stormy thing. 8
Trump’s lawyer paid off Stormy Daniels in a scheme that Trump was unaware of. Furthermore, the dates which Bragg listed for when Trump supposedly committed these “34 counts” of business fraud all happened between February 2017 and March 2017. Trump was serving as President of the United States at that time – and he had divested all personal management of the Trump Organization when he took office!
It’s all so dumb.
Stormy Daniels admitted in a 2018 deposition that she never had an affair with Trump. She also said it on the stand last year, when she lost her previous judgment against Trump.
Back in 2018, Stormy Daniels and convicted felon Michael “Creepy Porn Lawyer” Avenatti released a police sketch of some made-up guy to CNN. They claimed that the fictional character in the police sketch (seen HERE) had threatened Stormy and her daughter back in 2011 if she didn’t stop talking about the affair with Trump – the same affair that she’s admitted never happened twice now while under oath. Trump called BS on the police sketch on Twitter, so they sued him for defamation.
On the same day when Trump was “arrested” in New York City on Braggs fake 34 charges, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals awarded him another $121,962.56 in attorney’s fees and legal fees from Stormy Daniels. The whole thing was an extortion scheme, primarily fabricated by Avenatti but also with Stormy’s help. She now owes Donald Trump roughly $621,962.56 in legal fees, so she’d better grease up that stripper’s pole. It’s expensive when you make up lies about a president.
None of this is to suggest that Trump is going to get off the hook over the fake 34 charges. The judge has already made it clear that this is not going to be a fair trial. In fact, the judge (whose daughter worked for the Biden-Harris Campaign) threatened Trump to “watch what you say publicly,” otherwise he’ll slap a gag order on the leading candidate for president in 2024. Bragg’s prosecutors requested that the trial begin in December of 2023, just a few weeks before the first Republican primaries.
From here it looks like they hope to secure a conviction sometime in 2024 and lock Trump up in jail, thereby (they hope) throwing the Republican Party into disarray when we suddenly don’t have a candidate. So, the case is even weaker than expected, but don’t get your hopes up about Trump getting a fair trial in Manhattan, where 87% of the vote in 2020 went to Joe Biden.
Meanwhile the real criminals that should be behind bars are running this country to the grave!! And like Jane Fonda said, the way to fight back………

Big media continues to trumpet the CIC’s (Coprolite in Chief) decisive win in New York with 87% of the Manhattan vote. But they never challenge the judicial flaw that many District Attorneys brag about: you can indict a ham sandwich. Perhaps grand juries should represent the nation instead of a city.
Clearly, a change of venue would serve the constitutional notion of fair trials and Staten Island was suggested due to its relatively conservative history. If I had my way, the District Attorney and his blue army would serve the people better by moving the trial to Miami. Better yet, move it to Palm Beach.
Regardless, it seems the distance burden is carried only the defendant and Fat Alvin needs exercise more than Donald the Elder. Bottom line, an inattentive child can see this is a big judiciary railroading and victimizing the defendant for political purposes. Worst case for true justice would delay the trial until AFTER the election.
Trump has got this..after he is aquitted of these fabricated charges.. he needs to file charges against (basically) the whole Biden family and the rest of the criminally inclined dem’s..it makes me mad and frustrated that they all get exposed for serious crimes and nothing ever happens example..Hunter Biden..the list goes on..Joe included..
The bad guys just want all of the little people to fight about gender, abortions, and the worst of all Bidens. We must work to bring people together. I can’t believe e most of our adversaries really believe all the rot out there. We just hear the loud ones the most.
It is amazing how the real criminals always get off the hook – never being held accountable for their many sickening crimes. But when we finally have a President who seeks out what is best for his people, they are losing their minds. Criminals will do that though. They know DJT is an Eagle Scout compared to themselves and they absolutely hate it!! They know we (most of us) LOVE him and appreciate what he is doing for us by going after the pedo’s and child traffickers, building that wall which was supposed to be finished by now, to keep the nations enemies out and prevent diseases, drugs, etc. from entering…..and we have all benefitted from the great economy that we enjoyed while he was president (and in my book, still is!) They do not know how to handle this and now we see they are showing us just how much they hate us…all because we want a nation for our children and their children to be proud of. They are the domestic enemy that we were warned about and they need to be dealt with and soon! I am praying that the SCOTUS will look favorably upon the Brunson Brother’s petition. This case would bring true justice to the people for all that has been perpetrated upon us.
I served 11.5 of my best years for this country and I am still paying for it. I am so PISSED at the gop for not standing up for 45 when the world saw what happened to him. Now they have another chance with this BS to put them all away on BOGUS CHARGES. If I were 18 again Washington would not be a safe place and I would have been in the military. JUST SAYIN.
