After conducting a year-long audit at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., is ready to expose information that the American public might not be ready for. The CDC has spent the past 30 years covering up proof of how dangerous vaccines are to children. HHS has begun making criminal referrals to the Department of Justice against former public health officials. 2026 is about to become a breakthrough year when it comes to public health and vaccines.
Before we get to the criminal referrals, let’s explore the results that the CDC audit has found so far. This is going to be a lot of information for people to process, especially after decades of propaganda over how safe and effective all vaccines are.
The CDC has engaged in unlawful data suppression. The audit has uncovered multiple unpublished studies in the CDC archives. Those studies show that when young children are given certain vaccine doses in shortened timeframes, they are much more likely to have developmental disorders.
President Donald Trump mentioned this during the press conference on Tylenol back in August 2025. He cautioned parents and urged them to space vaccine doses out over a greater timeframe. Kids are being given too many vaccines in a short amount of time, which overwhelms their immune systems and can cause lifelong problems. The CDC covered this information up and hid the studies in its archives.
Some of the most sensitive and controversial information that the audit uncovered has to do with vaccines and autism. Despite claiming for the past 20 years that vaccines cannot possibly cause autism, the CDC has had proof that they do just that.
The audit uncovered missing datasets for racial subgroups in numerous studies. When the CDC wanted to make it appear that a vaccine didn’t cause autism, they took entire racial categories out of studies.
For an example of how this works, look at the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine. Multiple studies found that black baby boys have a 300% higher risk of developing autism after receiving the MMR shot. So, the CDC took the dataset for all the black kids out of those studies and declared, “Look! No autism from the MMR vaccine!”
For other studies, they removed datasets for white kids and children of racial subgroups. Different vaccines are more likely to cause autism in different racial subgroups, so the CDC covered it all up.
From 2000 through 2015, the CDC hid the fact that autism cases were increasing dramatically in the United States. The audit has found that the CDC did this by deliberately misclassifying autism cases. They categorized autism cases as things like “developmental disorders” or “learning disabilities,” to make it look like there were fewer cases of autism happening. They knew the problem was getting worse as they increased the vaccination schedule but hid the proof from the public.
Some of the most damning information leads directly to the criminal referrals. Some public datasets were destroyed on the orders of top former officials at the CDC. The agency was publicly declaring that vaccines do not cause autism. They said there was “no evidence of causation” over and over again. At the same time, the CDC’s leaders were sending emails (which have been recovered) ordering scientists to destroy datasets that contradicted their public messaging.
Whistleblowers have testified to the auditors that they worked for years in a culture of fear at the CDC. They all knew that the evidence shows a direct relationship between vaccines and autism, developmental disorders, food allergies, and chronic illness among American children. But anyone who spoke out was ostracized and silenced. Scientists working at the CDC knew that if they spoke out, they’d lose their jobs or be reassigned.
Under RFK, Jr., HHS is now sending criminal referrals to the DOJ on former CDC officials. HHS is accusing these public health bureaucrats of data falsification and destruction of public records. Destroying public records carries a minimum sentence of 3 years in prison. It’s a serious crime, especially when you consider the CDC was destroying information that caused incalculable harm to families.
