The day has finally arrived! Last week at the World Economic Forum, President Donald Trump took time out during his speech to remind everyone that the 2020 election was fake and stolen. He also said that they had all the evidence of the election fraud, and people would soon be arrested. On Wednesday, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and FBI Deputy Director Andrew Bailey were on the ground in Fulton County, Georgia. The feds just raided the Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center.
The fact that Tulsi Gabbard was there for the raid tells us a LOT!
That can only mean a couple of things. Either US intelligence agencies were actively involved in the 2020 election being stolen from Donald Trump, or hostile foreign governments were involved (or both).
FBI agents cordoned off the building with yellow tape. They were then seen carrying boxes out of the building. This has been a long time coming.
The search warrant was unsealed late Wednesday, after the massive number of boxes were removed from the building. So, we can relay exactly what they took.
The FBI seized all physical ballots from the 2020 election, including mail-in, advanced voting, provisional, in-person, damaged, destroyed, or duplicated ballots. They seized all the tabulator tapes for every voting machine used in Fulton County in 2020. They got all the ballot images from the original count and the recount. And they took all the voter rolls from Fulton County.
In total, it was around 700 boxes of evidence.
The legal predicate for the warrant was Title 52, USC 20701 and 20511. The 20511 statute outlines the criminal penalties for any election official who “knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by—(B) the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held.”
This comes after years of the Fulton County fraudsters refusing to cooperate with the George State Elections Board (SEB). We’ve been told endlessly that 2020 was the safest and most secure election ever… and therefore, no one is ever allowed to inspect the ballots. (Which never made sense.)
The SEB has been trying to get access to the ballots, tabulator tapes, and other evidence for the past four years. Fulton County has ignored court orders, and they ignored a lawful subpoena for those records in 2025.
Finally, after years of obstruction and refusals to cooperate, the SEB asked the Department of Justice to step in last year. The DOJ politely asked for the ballots last August. They asked again in October.
Three weeks ago, the FBI wrote to the Fulton County election officials and said we would really, really appreciate it if we could finally see these ballots from the safest and most secure election ever. Each time, Fulton County ignored these federal requests.
So now, the feds have taken it all.
Think back to 2023. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis had her loverboy, Nathan Wade, meet with Joe Biden’s attorneys at the White House (Wade did not meet with the Department of Justice, but with Biden’s personal attorneys). They ARRESTED the former President of the United States for asking questions about the fake and stolen 2020 election.
Actions like this against a former president were unprecedented in American history. That’s a pretty fierce reaction to someone who asked a simple question. Is it all starting to make sense now?
This is where it gets exciting. The warrant was simply the predicate for seizing the 700 boxes of 2020 election materials. The real fun starts now. Who knows what they’re going to find as the FBI begins poring over the ballots and poll tapes? We’re guessing that 2020 will not turn out to be the safest and most secure election ever.
Tulsi Gabbard has been very quiet for the past few months. We were halfway worried that she had been somehow sidelined in the Trump administration. Now we know what she’s been working on.
This is the moment we’ve been waiting for all these years. Justice is finally coming and the American people will know the full truth about what happened in 2020.
