Adam Schiff Caught Committing Crime Which Could Send him to Prison for 30 Years

Long Beach, CA - Nov 16, 2019: Senator Adam Schiff speaking at the Democratic Party Endorsing Convention in Long Beach, CA.

Former House Intel Chair Adam Schiff is facing explosive criminal accusations that could land him in prison for up to 30 years! The now-Senator allegedly gamed the mortgage system to dodge higher rates—possibly even California’s sky-high taxes.

Senator Adam Schiff, as you may recall, was the Democrat Congressman who spent years assuring the American public that the Russian collusion hoax was real and that he had seen “smoking gun” evidence Donald Trump was a Russian asset. All of which we know now was a lie, completely fabricated by Obama’s intelligence commanders to discredit Trump and help Hillary Clinton win the 2016 election.

According to an investigation conducted by Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division, the Trump-hating Democrat allegedly committed mortgage fraud by lying about his primary address in order to secure a cheaper mortgage, which is a felony that carries a maximum punishment of 30 years.

Trump broke the news in a post on his Truth Social platform, “I have always suspected Shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist. And now I learn that Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division have concluded that Adam Schiff has engaged in a sustained pattern of possible Mortgage Fraud.”

The president continued, “Adam Schiff said that his primary residence was in MARYLAND to get a cheaper mortgage and rip off America, when he must LIVE in CALIFORNIA because he was a Congressman from CALIFORNIA.”

According to Trump, the alleged fraud began when Schiff refinanced his Maryland property back in Feb. 2009 and claimed that it was his primary residence EVEN THOUGH he was a member of Congress representing the state of California at the time.

Schiff was elected to Congress in 2000. In 2003, he reportedly purchased the home in Maryland with his wife, stating they would occupy this home for 12 consecutive months as their “primary residence,” while continuing to vote in and represent California.

Notably, the state of California has significantly higher taxes than the state of Maryland so if Schiff also claimed Maryland as his primary residence on his tax filings, he would have avoided paying Cali’s notoriously high taxes… which he helped to make so high.

“I always knew Adam Schiff was a Crook,” Trump said, “Mortgage Fraud is very serious, and CROOKED Adam Schiff (now a Senator) needs to be brought to justice.”

In 2020 Rep. Steve Watkins (R-KA) was charged by authorities for a similar crime so Schiff SHOULD be charged if the government wants to insist it doesn’t have a bias against Republicans.

Whether or not the legal case moves forward, the larger question is one of political hypocrisy.

From the very start of Trump’s presidency back in 2017, Adam Schiff made it his mission in Congress to get Trump. He repeatedly insisted to the American people that he had seen, with his own eyes, evidence of Trump’s wrong-doing in the 2016 presidential race…but he never was able to produce any of this evidence. Ever.

Then in 2019, he spearheaded the Trump impeachment hearings while “warning” that if they didn’t remove President Trump it would only lead to “worse and worse” behavior.

Schiff spent YEARS portraying himself as the “good guy” while tricking the American people into thinking Trump was the “bad guy.” But the entire time, Schiff was engaging in questionable financial behavior even while accusing others of corruption.

Whether or not Schiff actually finds himself sitting in a prison cell, that doesn’t change the fact that this is yet another example of the moral double standard that’s come to define elite politics.
