New York Attorney General Letitia “Get Trump” James has committed what looks like deliberate serial mortgage fraud on property purchases in Virginia and New York. She signed her name to multiple legal documents claiming that properties outside New York were her “primary residence” before renting those properties out to others. In one instance, she pretended to be married to her own father to secure a better loan term. Yet now a partisan Department of Justice prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) is refusing to charge the privileged Letitia James with any crimes.
The EDVA is a swampy cesspool of Trump-hating lawfare prosecutors. That’s why they’ve dragged their feet for so long and allowed the statute of limitations to expire on many of the Russia collusion hoaxers’ crimes. Joe Biden appointed Erik Siebert as the US Attorney for the EDVA in 2021.
When Siebert refused to indict former FBI Director James Comey for a laundry list of crimes related to the Russia hoax, Trump informed Siebert that he was going to fire him. Siebert resigned on September 19, and Trump immediately replaced him with one of his former attorneys, Lindsay Halligan, as interim US Attorney.
Halligan was immediately able to get a grand jury or liberal voters in the Eastern District of Virginia to secure a two-count indictment against Comey. The former FBI Director’s crimes are right there on camera. We all saw him lie to Congress under oath and obstruct a congressional investigation.
The prosecutor assigned to the Letitia James case is a woman named Elisabeth Yusi. She was hired in 2021 by Erik Siebert for being a Democrat Party loyalist. Yusi has told her colleagues in the office that she refuses to indict Letitia James. Yusi told people in the office that she plans to drag her feet for the next several weeks while revealing to Halligan that she doesn’t think she can prove probable cause against James.
Whoops.
Maybe she shouldn’t have bragged about her intentions around the office like that.
Letitia James deserves to be prosecuted after what she did to President Donald Trump in New York. She tried to destroy the entire Trump family and the Trump Organization. She tried to strip all their New York-owned properties away from them and bar them from doing business in the state again.
James secured a conviction of Donald Trump, and the court imposed a $500 million penalty against him. Fortunately, the financial penalty was overturned on appeal.
And for what? What was the crime?
No one can explain that to this day. What crime was Donald Trump convicted of in that BS lawfare case?
He took out real estate loans and paid them back in full, with interest, to banks that were all happy to do business with him. There were no victims in the case, which was why the appeals court threw out the $500 million penalty.
Letitia James, with help from the Biden regime’s attorneys, had to use a “novel” legal theory to prosecute Donald Trump. She had to twist existing statutes to even bring the case against him.
There’s no twisting of statutes to prosecute Letitia James for mortgage fraud. She signed her name to legal documents on two home purchases in Virginia. On both of those documents, which are public record and which you can look up yourself right now, she stated that each of the homes would be her “primary residence.”
She lives in New York! Under New York law, she can’t have a primary residence outside of the state; otherwise, Letitia James is not allowed to serve as New York Attorney General. She knew she lied on both of those documents. That’s “probable cause,” which the soon-to-be-fired Elisabeth Yusi claims she can’t find.
Democrats will never stop using the corrupted legal system against conservatives until we punch them back twice as hard (to paraphrase the late Andrew Breitbart). If Letitia James is not prosecuted for obvious mortgage fraud, while the Democrats can invent “novel” legal theories to go after President Trump, this will never end. They’ll keep doing it.
The same goes for James Comey. He was arraigned on Wednesday morning. He faces 10 years in prison for the initial two crimes he’s been accused of. More charges will likely be coming in a superseding indictment. The country cannot survive unless these swamp creatures start going to prison for what they’ve done.
