Just a few days ago marked the anniversary of the Taliban declaring Joe Biden to be their favorite person ever. It was also the three-year anniversary of Joe and Kamala Harris botching the Afghanistan withdrawal and allowing the coalition government that the US had spent 20 years building to collapse overnight.
Sadly, it was also a grim anniversary for 13 Gold Star families in America, as they marked the needless deaths of their loved ones in service to our country. Leave it to Kamala Harris to botch the ceremony marking the anniversary.
Joe Biden has been out of the public eye for weeks now. He’s currently in the middle of a three-week vacation. We can stop kidding ourselves about what’s going on here now, right? Biden is incapable of running the country, so Kamala is really running things in his stead. The incident that just happened at Arlington National Cemetery is 100% Kamala’s fault.
There was a ceremony slated to happen at Arlington and the 13 Gold Star families were going to be there. They lost their family members due to the incompetence and negligence of the Biden-Harris regime.
Because of this, the families did not want Biden or Harris to be there. They did, however, invite President Donald J. Trump to come to the memorial. Naturally, he agreed.
President Trump did end up going to the ceremony and laying a wreath in honor of the 13 killed servicemembers. In the runup to the ceremony, however, Kamala Harris made a hot mess of the whole thing.
Arlington National Cemetery informed the families that President Trump was not allowed to be there with them. The families were infuriated. How could Arlington block a former president from attending a ceremony they had invited him to?
Two of those Gold Star parents, Darin Hoover and Kelly Barnett, contacted Rep. Mike McCaul (R-TX), the chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. They informed McCaul that the cemetery was giving them the runaround and blocking President Trump from attending the ceremony. McCaul immediately got on the phone with House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-AL).
“I was furious to hear their request to have President Trump join them to commemorate the anniversary of Taylor’s death was being stymied, along with several of the other family members of U.S. servicemembers killed at Abbey Gate,” said McCaul.
“Something like this should never have happened. Gold Star families have already suffered enough.”
It was only after Speaker Johnson had to intervene that Arlington National Cemetery relented and agreed to allow President Trump to attend the memorial.
Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) was at the ceremony and he noted that in Kamala Harris’s war on President Trump, she had turned the Gold Star families into collateral damage.
Congressmen McCaul, Issa, and Speaker Johnson got the issue resolved just three days before the ceremony was supposed to take place. It still wasn’t over, however.
President Trump was allowed to bring along a photographer to the event. A government employee at the cemetery got into a fight with the photographer. The altercation got physical as the employee tried to block the photographer from taking any pictures. In case anyone had any doubts about how nasty and inhuman Kamala Harris supporters are.
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have never reached out or spoken directly to the families of those 13 deceased servicemembers. Joe Biden checked his watch when their caskets came home, and Kamala Harris never showed up at all.
“We, WE extended the invitation to President Trump,” said Darin Hoover. “President Trump didn’t come to us.”
Hoover added that President Trump has been nothing but kind and understanding to the families for the past three years, even though he hasn’t even been in office.
“To be quite honest with you, being very frank, we haven’t heard diddly squat from the current administration in three years.”
That’s how Kamala Harris treats the troops and their family members. Iraq war veteran JD Vance could barely contain himself at a rally when he was asked about the situation at Arlington:
