A leftwing activist judge in Georgia who is working with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to frame Donald Trump has just upended the important work that the State Elections Board (SEB) did earlier this year. Judge Robert McBurney has suspended the rule that requires a hand count of ballots to confirm the machine totals.
We’re paraphrasing, but McBurney argues that black election workers in Fulton County (Atlanta) are too stupid to accurately count ballots by hand. McBurney has also ruled that counties must rubber-stamp and certify their election results, even if they have valid suspicions of fraud.
The SEB finally got around to investigating the 2020 election in Georgia earlier this year. They were so stunned by the results that they were forced to implement new rules to administer the 2024 election. The evidence was overwhelming that the 2020 election had been stolen in Georgia. The two methods used in 2020 were fraudulent ballots printed on improper paper, and counting ballots multiple times.
Two of the new rules that the SEB passed would have stopped this from happening again. Dozens of election workers in Georgia signed affidavits under penalty of perjury in 2020 saying they had seen fake ballots for Joe Biden printed on the wrong paper stock. The SEB passed a rule that if fraud is suspected, a county cannot certify its results until a full investigation is conducted and the fraud is resolved.
The second rule passed by the SEB requires a hand count in all precincts to confirm the machine count totals. This would ensure that the count is accurate. If the hand count—verified by one Democrat, one Republican, and one election worker—matched the machine count, voters would have had the reassurance that the election was fair and accurate. There is nothing controversial about this rule at all.
Judge McBurney trashed both of those election integrity measures just three weeks before the most consequential election of our lifetime. McBurney was selected to oversee a grand jury investigating “2020 election interference” last year. He was also tasked with overseeing Fani Willis’s corrupt grand jury proceeding that led to Donald Trump being indicted in Georgia on false RICO charges. Now McBurney was selected to rule on a challenge to the new SEB election integrity rules. Oh, and before he was ever appointed as a judge, he worked as a prosecutor in the Fulton County DA’s office.
(The circle of life is complete!)
Do they have any other judges in Georgia that can look at cases? Why does the same judge get inserted into the process for every case involving Donald Trump and elections? Maybe the Georgia legislature should look into that.
Any guesses as to why Judge McBurney ruled that results should be rubberstamped even if fraud is suspected, and that black election workers are too stupid to count?
January 6th!
“Memories of January 6 have not faded away…” wrote McBurney in his ruling. “Anything that adds uncertainty and disorder to the electoral process disserves the public.”
McBurney also argues that 7,500 poll workers have not had formal training to be able to hand-count the ballots on Election Day.
Uh… it’s counting.
1… 2… 3… 4… 5…
Count Von Count from Sesame Street could do that job. Judge McBurney argues that the election workers in Fulton County are incapable of handling such a daunting task. Counting.
The security cameras were still rolling at State Farm Arena in Fulton County on the night of the 2020 election after they sent the observers home. That’s when we all saw the election workers pull the magic suitcase ballots out from under a table where they had been hidden all day. Election workers took the stacks of ballots out of those suitcases and jammed them through the counting machines multiple times to steal the Georgia election for Joe Biden.
That is why the SEB discovered—almost four years later—that the “official” vote totals from Fulton County didn’t match the hand recount. The election was stolen by counting stacks of the same ballots multiple times to benefit Joe Biden. That’s what the new rules were designed to prevent this year. That’s what Judge Robert McBurney just overturned.
Now we have to hope for one of two things. Either an appeals court can step in and overturn McBurney’s insane ruling in favor of election fraud, or Trump supporters must make the margin of victory in Georgia too big to rig.
