The past few years have been a nightmare for Dr. Kirk Moore from Utah. The Biden regime arrested Dr. Moore and the Department of Justice was trying to put him in federal prison for 35 years. The last time we saw him, the doctor broke down in tears at the crowds of people who had shown up to offer support when his trial began. This week, Dr. Moore spoke on the steps of the US Supreme Court. He’s a free man, after Attorney General Pam Bondi abruptly dropped all charges against him.
If you’re not familiar with this story, your first question is probably, “What did Dr. Moore actually do that would have merited a 35-year federal prison sentence?”
Conrad Murray only served 2 years in prison after he killed pop star Michael Jackson with a lethal dose of propofol. Dr. Jack Kevorkian only served 8 years for killing a disabled young man with a fatal dose of a controlled substance. Whatever Dr. Kirk Moore did must have been truly awful to deserve 35 years, which likely would have been a life sentence for him. Right?
Dr. Moore destroyed the Holy COVID Vaccines.
As the saying goes, not all heroes wear capes. Dr. Moore destroyed about $30,000 worth of Pfizer COVID jab vials at his clinic. He also fulfilled the wishes of his patients by filling out fake proof-of-vaccination cards for them.
When people in Salt Lake City heard about the incredible services that Dr. Moore was providing, they started taking their kids to his plastic surgery clinic. The doctor gave the children saline solution shots and fake vaccination cards. The children thought they’d received a vaccine, so they wouldn’t accidentally tell their friends at school about the maneuver.
Before the Biden regime arrested him, Dr. Moore had filled out nearly 2,000 fake vaccination records for parents and children in his community. The adults didn’t want to be forced to inject an experimental medicine into their arms just Joe Biden said to. The parents didn’t want their children injected with what was obviously a dangerous gene-altering serum.
Dr. Moore never charged his patients for this valuable service. He didn’t take a dime from anyone. He did it because the COVID jab mandates were a violation of his medical oath, and a violation of patient conscience. Every patient who he performed this service for had informed consent and knew that they were not actually receiving COVID jabs. (Well, except for the children, who thought they were.)
Naturally, this enraged the COVID tyrants in the Biden regime. Doctors weren’t supposed to think for themselves. They were supposed to repeat Tony Fauci’s talking points! And physicians were certainly not supposed to listen to the concerns of patients or follow their wishes.
So, Dr. Moore got treated like one of the mostly peaceful January 6 protesters. He was arrested in January 2023. Moore was charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States and conspiracy to convert and dispose of government property. The DOJ under Merrick Garland also charged Moore with aiding and abetting, for the fake vaccination cards. Aiding and abetting is a crime that’s normally reserved for getaway drivers during bank robberies.
Back in April, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., publicly stated that Dr. Moore deserved a medal for what he did, rather than vicious prosecution by the federal government. Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) sent an official letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi, noting, “The Covid vaccine kills and injures people, but this brave doctor, who is a veteran by the way, is being prosecuted for helping people avoid tyrannical vaccine mandates under Democrats.”
It was an easy win for Bondi. She had the DOJ prosecutors in Utah dismiss all charges against Dr. Moore and his “co-conspirators.”
“Dr. Moore gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so,” stated Bondi. “He did not deserve the years in prison he was facing.”
This week was the five-year anniversary of the “White Coat Summit,” when a group of doctors spoke out against the COVID tyranny of the federal government. Instead of sitting in a courtroom and fighting for his life, Dr. Moore joined those same doctors in front of the Supreme Court:
