The Democrat Party has launched another wave of 2024 election interference, this time in Arizona. Kris Mayes, the unelected “Attorney General” of Arizona, has indicted 18 people including several important allies of Donald Trump, in connection with their efforts to dispute the stolen 2020 election.
The Democrats must not be convinced that all their other fake indictments against Trump and his supporters are going to hold up in court, so now they’ve got to charge more people. The sinister wording and how Mayes announced the indictments suggests that she may not be done yet—she might still indict Donald Trump himself.
When we say that Kris Mayes is not the real Attorney General of Arizona, we mean it. She “defeated” her pro-Trump opponent Abe Hamedah by just 280 votes in the 2022 midterm election. However, Arizona still has 8,000 provisional votes that were cast by mostly Republicans in the election that have never been counted. Those votes are tied up in court, but if they are ever counted, it will result in Hamedah becoming the real Attorney General.
Anyway, Mayes is not a real Attorney General. But that’s not stopping her from jumping on board the lawfare train that the Democrats are trying to use to prevent Donald Trump’s triumphant reelection this year.
The people on the list were indicted for attempting to prevent the theft of Arizona’s electoral votes for Joe Biden in the 2020 election. They include Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, former Trump attorney Jenna Ellis, former campaign advisor Boris Epshteyn, Trump attorney John Eastman, and campaign advisor Mike Roman.
Mayes also indicted Kelli Ward, the former chair of the Arizona Republican Party, along with her husband Michael. Also ensnared in the fake indictments were Republican State Senators Jake Hoffman and Anthony Kern. Tyler Bowman, the Chief Operating Officer of Turning Point USA is also on the list, along with six Republican voters who had signed up to serve as alternate electors in the disputed race.
The Democrats are panicking and launching new lawfare attacks right now because it’s looking increasingly impossible to overcome Trump’s 2024 margin of victory through election fraud. In the latest polling, Trump is leading Joe Biden in Arizona by +7. Trump has never trailed Biden in Arizona in any poll this year.
In Pennsylvania, Trump has been leading Biden by +1 or +2 in every poll this year. In Wisconsin, Trump is up +4. In Georgia, he’s up +8 over Biden. (Trump was up +10 in Georgia polls when the news about Fulton County DA Fani Willis’s sexual antics and misappropriation of public funds was revealed in March.)
In Michigan, Trump has been up by +3 or more, thanks to Joe Biden’s mishandling of the Israel-Palestine situation. Muslim voters prefer peace under Trump to war under Biden. In Wisconsin, Trump is up by +4.
In Nevada, Trump is up by +11 in the latest Bloomberg/Morning Consult poll. People forget that Nevada was one of the swing states that was stolen from Trump in 2020. In Pennsylvania, Trump has been up by +1 or +2 in every poll since the start of April.
Trump only trails Joe Biden by 10 points in New York and 8 points in Washington, two very blue states. He’s been up +6 in polling in Maine, another blue state.
Trump is outside the margin of error in five of the seven swing states that were stolen in 2020. He’s leading within the margin of error in Michigan and in a virtual tie with Biden in Pennsylvania.
The Democrats know they are toast in 2024. The economy is only going to get worse between now and November. Gas prices have already crept back up above $6 a gallon in California, and it’s not even Memorial Day yet. Ukraine is going to lose to Russia, probably by October.
“I will not allow American democracy to be undermined,” said Kris Mayes, a woman who didn’t even win her election for Attorney General, upon announcing this fresh round of indictments. Let’s give it a week and see what the polls are saying about Donald Trump in Arizona. We all know who is really undermining American democracy.
