Well, it’s officially happening – the Democrats are showing their appreciation for illegal immigrants by rewarding them with the constitutional protections which us American citizens USED TO enjoy.
A federal judge appointed by none other than Barack Obama is leading the charge this time, ruling that Illegal aliens who have snuck into America can legally buy and own guns.
U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman ruled that illegal immigrants are protected by the American Constitution and any efforts to prevent these law breakers from obtaining guns should be deemed “unconstitutional.”
The issue came into question when an illegal immigrant by the name of Heriberto Carbajal-Flores was arrested on gun charges in the state of Illinois after being caught carrying a firearm.
According to the Obama judge, this non-American immigrant and others like him should be allowed to carry guns on American soil – even as Americans are having their very own right to do so trampled all over.
“The Court finds that Carbajal-Flores’ criminal record, containing no improper use of a weapon, as well as the non-violent circumstances of his arrest do not support a finding that he poses a risk to public safety such that he cannot be trusted to use a weapon responsibly and should be deprived of his Second Amendment right to bear arms in self-defense,” Coleman ruled.
The judge then goes on to effectively say that yes, Carbajal-Flores may have broken the law when illegally crossing the American border but he has “good intentions” for owning the gun.
Hilariously, Coleman’s ruling continues by pointing out that the illegal immigrant only obtained the handgun for self-protection during the “mostly peaceful” BLM riots of 2020!
“Carbajal-Flores contends that he received and used the handgun solely for self-protection and protection of property during a time of documented civil unrest in the Spring of 2020,” the ruling states.
Coleman, being the activist left-wing judge that she is, has not made this decision because she’s a staunch supporter of the Second Amendment – quite the opposite.
This judge is looking to EXPLOIT the Second Amendment and twist its words in such a way that will enable the Democrats to flood America with ARMED ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS who are loyal to… the DEMOCRATIC PARTY!
At the same time, leftist judges and Democratic lawmakers are doing everything in their power to deprive American citizens of their Second Amendment right.
Recently, Joe Biden promised to “get the job done” and ban guns if he is elected to a second term – but of course that “ban” would only apply to law-abiding American citizens.
At the same time, we’ve seen leaks from top Pentagon officials who revealed detailed plans to send the National Guard door-to-door to seize guns from Americans, while simultaneously calling for open borders.
The Democrats are intentionally flooding this country with violent illegal immigrants and giving them the greenlight to obtain and carry firearms, while stripping away American citizens ability to have firearms to protect themselves from those very migrants – what could possibly go wrong?
Of course this is consistent with what leftists are doing in other areas – such as the military and local police – where they’re looking to bring in and arm illegal immigrants who will eventually be asked to turn their guns on the American populace.
EVERYTHING they’re doing is designed to build a weaponized force of Democrat loyalists who will be more than happy to turn against American citizens who stand in between them and the life the Democrats are promising them.
This judge is insane. Knowingly giving dangerous illegal alien criminals guns while the fear are taking legal gun owners only defense. The cops don’t protect us we must protect ourselves. This judge needs to run into a couple of these gun toting illegals as she is getting into her car or entering her home or stopping to get something at the corner store. That ruling is not going to fly, remember in order to purchase a long gun or handgun you have to fill out and file a 4473 which is then submitted to a FFL. One of the questions on the form states are you here in the US illegally. Case closed.
The problem here is that anyone can get a gun illegally. And do you honestly think people are going to admit that they are here illegally? This country is in a fast slide to communism. And I, for one, am terrified .
I am also very afraid, because I see the rights of American citizens becoming more insecure by the day. The Constitution is no longer a guarantee of our rights as citizens, and we have no power to support our own rights with the taking away of our guns. Only God can help us now.
