As we approach the ever-important 2024 election, the sentiment certainly seems to be shifting AGAINST incumbent President Joe Biden, but the left claims there’s still one thing he can do to save the country – DROP OUT!
Pushing a message that started out as quiet whispers in the shadows of the Democratic party, liberal media is now openly begging President Biden to drop out of the 2024 race.
USA Today recently published an op-ed titled “How can Biden save America from Trump’s return to the White House? Drop out of the race.”
The piece suggests that Democrats are fully aware of what a complete disaster Joe Biden is and believe he is going to lose to Donald Trump come November.
Jeremy Mayer, an associate professor at George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government, wrote that Biden is the oldest and most unpopular candidate in history, adding “it doesn’t have to be that way.”
Mayer pleaded with Biden to drop out of the race “for the good of the nation and the party.”
Mayer, who is CLEARLY a never-Trumper suffering from Trump derangement syndrome, brags about how Trump “has to win to stay out of jail” as a product of Biden’s political persecution.
However, he claims there is another way out for Joe Biden, “to voluntarily remove himself for the good of the nation and the party.”
The author wrote that he fears Biden being such a complete failure is helping Donald Trump’s reelection chances, claiming that “he is one of the few national Democrats who could get Trump reelected.”
He went on to note that recent polling between the two looks very ugly for Joe Biden, with the Democrat showing anemic levels of support amongst young, Black, and Hispanic voters in battleground states.
Mayer concluded his piece by writing that the only way Biden can “beat” Trump – is by not running.
Fellow leftists at the New York Times and Washington Post have also published similar pieces, calling on Joe to get out of the way and give someone else a shot.
But with American’s longing for the vibrant economy and safer America that Donald Trump delivered, these liberals don’t seem to realize that there’s not a single Democrat who could actually beat Trump in a fair election this November.
Consider those who are next-up for a shot at the presidency within the Democratic party and that becomes rather obvious.
