You’ve probably heard by now the insane ruling that Judge Arthur Engoron leveled against President Trump on Friday. The Trump Organization, Donald, Eric, Don Jr., and other associates have been ordered to pay $455 million in fines. That’s more than the gross national product of 162 countries on earth.
There will be more rulings against President Trump later this year and some might be even worse than this one. The question is, what are ‘we the people’ going to do about it?
Judge Engoron’s ruling against Trump is unique in the annals of New York’s judicial system. Nothing like this has ever happened before. Even the New York Times agreed that the law has never been applied like this previously.
Anytime a person or company was prosecuted under this law to “get Trump” previously, there was some criminal offense to hang the charge on. People got ripped off, bankruptcy was declared, and financial victims were left in the wake of a company’s collapse due to criminal activity.
The Trump Organization did none of those things. Every loan was paid back with interest. The banks that Trump did business with actually want to do more business with him but are now prevented from doing so. The Trumps are prohibited from doing business in New York for the next three years under the insane ruling.
Here’s where it gets even crazier. Trump has to deposit the $455 million in a court account, including interest, before he is allowed to appeal the ruling under New York law. Even for someone as wealthy as President Trump, that’s a fortune for him to have to put up just to engage in the legal process.
He’d be better off appealing that New York law to the Supreme Court at this point because it is an insane misapplication of the law. Trump should have the right to appeal this ruling without having to post half a billion dollars for a bond.
So, what do we do? How do we push back?
We’ve been saying for a while now that American patriots are going to have to start doing things that make us uncomfortable. For some of us, we may have to do ourselves short-term harm for the good of the country. The truckers are already showing us what pushback could look like if we all band together.
Truck drivers immediately announced that they were canceling loads to New York City in the wake of Engoron’s ruling. “Leave Trump alone!” was the message that went viral on Twitter/X over the weekend.
Truckers can simply haul loads for other companies in other states, rather than driving into New York. If the consumers in New York end up getting punished because of Engoron’s ruling, so be it.
They deserve it for voting for the types of socialist A-holes that created an environment where Arthur Engoron could become a state supreme court judge. The voters in New York are the ones who can ultimately turn this situation around, so they’re the ones who need to feel the pain.
Famed investor Kevin O’Leary, one of the stars of ‘Shark Tank,’ announced Monday that he’s done with the “loser state” of New York. He won’t spend another investment dime in New York again due to this ruling against Trump.
You can’t blame him. Who would do business there, knowing that the state can prosecute you for success?
Private equity fund manager Grant Cardone announced the same thing. Cardone Capital had just started researching real estate investments in New York. After Engoron’s ruling, he told his team “Do NOT waste time in New York.” He’ll be investing in Florida, Arizona, Tennessee, and Texas instead.
New York is now dead to me as an individual consumer, and it should be dead to all Trump supporters. I won’t purchase any products that are made in New York. I won’t take on any New York companies as clients going forward. The state is dead to me until it gets its act together.
The funny thing is that a lot of New Yorkers are getting fed up with mediocrities like Arthur Engoron, Attorney General Letitia “I’m Just Big-Boned” James, and Mayor Eric Adams. Crime is through the roof Mayor Adams is cutting 6,000 police jobs to give more handouts to illegal aliens.
Aside from pinching them financially, the best way that we can punish New York and help President Trump is by reelecting him this November.
