Sorry, Democrats. We’re not the ones who made up this rule, but Joe Biden is going to have to be impeached for the treasonous crime of stealing classified documents. And the penalty for that should be really, really awful. It was bad enough that Joe Biden already got caught with one batch of stolen classified documents, but now his staff has uncovered a second and third batch of stolen classified documents in a different location from the first batch. Three different locations, three different batches of classified documents, same perpetrator.
First, Biden was caught with stolen classified documents that were stuffed in the closet of his private office at the Penn Biden Center. The media, in lockstep, says that there were 10 documents. They don’t know that for a fact. It might have been a thousand. They’re just repeating what Biden’s staff told them to repeat.
But one of Joe Biden’s aides has now ratted him out again. With Republicans taking control of the House and having subpoena power, Biden’s team has obviously sent out the word to have a big document shredding party to keep the Biden family out of jail. Joe Biden has had his aides and his lawyers scouring all of Joe’s private offices and other locations ever since the first batch of stolen classified documents was discovered before the 2022 midterms.
One of Biden’s aides has told NBC News that they found a second batch of stolen classified documents, and it was not at the Penn Biden Center. Biden accidentally admitted to reporters that this second batch of documents were found in a cabinet in the garage of his Wilmington, Delaware home. He told everyone it was ok though since they were right next to his prized Corvette. Huh? I forgot the part where the DOJ excludes government officials from prosecution if they keep them next to prized vehicles.
The third batch of documents Biden’s lawyers claim wasn’t a batch at all, but admit it was at least one document found in a third location of his Delaware home. Probably where Hunter could accidentally find it and use it to make himself more money.
It’s clear that we’re dealing with a serial document thief.
And let’s be clear: These documents were stolen.
Almost everyone on Fox News and other channels has been driving me nuts with this. They’re all saying that Joe Biden “inappropriately mishandled” classified documents. Can someone show me the words “inappropriately mishandled” in the federal code?
The New York Times pulls this stunt all the time when they try to downplay crimes committed by Democrats. They come up with some boring term to make it sound like the Democrat didn’t actually do anything wrong, when in fact they committed a felony.
It’s like saying Joe Biden “inappropriately mishandled” Tara Reade. He didn’t mishandle her at all. He pinned her against a wall and (allegedly) raped her when he was a US Senator.
And Joe Biden STOLE these classified documents.
Presidents have tremendous leeway when it comes to classified documents, even after they leave office. Vice presidents don’t. Not only was Joe Biden not supposed to take those documents out of whatever secure location that they originated in, but he was also not supposed to stash them in cabinet hidey-holes while he was out of office. He stayed in possession of the stolen documents for the entirety of Donald Trump’s first term.
Under the law, that’s known as “unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or materials,” AKA, stealing.
18 U.S. Code § 1924 reads, “Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.”
That is some startling specificity. It’s as if Congress wrote the law based on Joe Biden’s behavior.
Joe Biden came into possession of at least three batches of classified documents (that we know of so far). He knowingly removed them without authority, and we can assume he knew it because this happened years ago, before his brain turned into a potato. Since he stashed them away for the past six years until he just got caught, I’m pretty sure that establishes that he had the intent to retain them.
The penalty is a monetary fine or up to five years in prison, or both.
Joe Biden committed felony theft of classified documents pertaining to Ukraine and Iran. Donald Trump did not.
Isn’t it interesting that we already know that Biden’s stolen documents pertained to Ukraine and Iran, but we don’t know what Trump’s alleged documents pertained to? If the documents that the FBI seized from Trump’s house illegally back in August were important, we would know what was in them by now. That tells us a lot, doesn’t it?
This is yet another witch hunt against Donald Trump which is going to turn out to be nothing. (As a factual matter, it’s already a nothing-burger.) Meanwhile, Joe Biden gets to commit felony theft of serious classified documents, and they’re going to try to sweep it under the rug.
It will be a miracle if the
demonic creep receives anything more than a slap on the wrist for any wrongdoing, no matter how severe.

Not only is Biden bought and paid for by the CCP but now there is proof that he delivered them several documents. Maybe they were delivered to Hunter, and he just forgot where to pick them up. Wonder how many CCP eyes looked at these docs. In the Army if I had left a classified doc next to my Ford, pick-up and it was found, I would have been in jail within hours. Put the whole dammed Biden family in jail.
