Author JD Vance said in a recent interview, “Our people aren’t having enough children to replace themselves. That should bother us.” Operating under Dan Rather’s advice, the Washington Post reported what JD Vance really meant by this statement, rather than just telling us exactly what he factually said.
According to the Post, Vance didn’t mean “Americans” by “our people” – he really meant “white people.” Naturally, the Post’s conclusion is that the conservative writer is a white nationalist. Based on the Republican establishment’s response, they’ve still learned nothing about how to fight back against the left’s satanic smears.
“But, but, but” the establishment GOP sputtered, “JD Vance has a minority wife. He even has a biracial child. He can’t possibly be a white nationalist!”
Why are you GOP elites still doing this? Why do you melt into an epic puddle of virtue-signaling failure EVERY SINGLE TIME the left falsely smears someone as a racist or a white nationalist?
JD Vance has a biracial child? Really? Is that the only possible defense against false charges of racism? What about all the people who don’t have a biracial child or a virtue-signaling adoptee from Zimbabwe? Do they have to shrug and admit, “Well, you got me, Washington Post! No comeback for that! I should probably preemptively quit my job right now!”
The establishment GOP’s fighting style is eerily reminiscent of Ilhan Omar’s relatives back in Somalia. You may have seen the movie “Black Hawk Down,” which tells the story of the Battle of Mogadishu back in 1993. But one of the things left out of the film was the Islamic fighters’ despicable tactics.
Rather than charging straight onto the battlefield, many of the Somali fighters would drag their three or four wives and seventeen children onto the battlefield and hide behind them while taking potshots at the heavily outnumbered Americans. Our soldiers were often faced with a split-second decision: Let this guy shoot a bunch of us or inflict a horrifying number of civilian casualties to save our own guys.
They opted to save our own soldiers, which is how 100 Army Rangers and a handful of SEALS managed to inflict somewhere between 2,000 and 4,000 casualties over a 14-hour period.
It was total cowardice on the part of the Somali fighters – hiding behind unarmed women and children. Why do you still do this, GOP elites? JD Vance didn’t hide behind his wife and child. Why do you do this?
By the way, this is the reason why normal everyday conservatives reflexively vomit in their mouths every time you rush in to “defend” our side like this. It’s also why we rejected all the establishment candidates in 2016 to elect a fighter. You guys in the establishment GOP are not tall enough for this ride.
What will you do for an encore, say that “Democrats are the real racists?” That’ll show ‘em!
If only there was a rhetorical wizard who is constantly winning, and whose words can cut his political enemies to the bone every time he speaks, who Republican leaders could learn from!
Say! What about this bad orange fellow in the White House we’ve been hearing so much about? He seems pretty good at punching back twice as hard!
For example, the G-7 leaders tried to hold a “climate” meeting in Europe last week. President Trump skipped out on the meeting and told everyone, no thanks, we’re not going to waste American money on “dreams.”
KAPOW! That was masterful.
Can’t you just hear how an establishment Republican would have responded to charges of climate heresy? “Well, I object, old chap, and I would note that the United States has reduced carbon emission by…”
Oh, shut up. Trump didn’t try to engage the enemy on their terms. He dismissed their entire worldview as “dreams” – and it cut them to the bone, once again.
CNN immediately announced a seven-hour-long “climate forum” starring 10 of the 2020 Democrats running for president, to be hosted by Captain Taterhead Stelter. They went nuts!
But mark my words, a lot of everyday people who have never thought deeply about it before will hear the president calling global warming policy “dreams” – and they will abandon the climate cult.
We long for the day when the GOP elites will stop hiding behind women and children and learn to fight back from the master. But we probably shouldn’t hold our breath while waiting.
