America’s most-hated doctor Anthony Fauci may FINALLY be held accountable for his role in the 2020 COVID pandemic. Dr. Fauci, the longtime head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is believed by many to be one of the architects of the pandemic that shut the entire world down, and his receipt of that unprecedented preemptive pardon from President Joe Biden in 2024 certainly didn’t help to counter that narrative one bit.
Responding to that pardon, Dr. Fauci emphasized that he had committed “no crime” and that there were “no possible grounds for any allegation or threat of criminal investigation or prosecution.” He said that he was “grateful for the pardon as a protective measure against politically motivated attacks.”

But to the people capable of thinking for themselves, it became pretty clear that this was yet another sign that Tony Fauci’s hands were as DIRTY AS THEY COME!
And now, that pardon which he was so “grateful” for could be the very thing that ends up screwing him!
On Monday of this week, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) revealed that he has been working with FBI Director Kash Patel to investigate the Dr. Fauci’s action during and leading up to the pandemic.
“I am currently working with [Kash Patel] to investigate Fauci malfeasance in office,” Paul wrote on X. “The FBI concluded, with ‘moderate confidence’, that the pandemic most likely originated from a lab incident in Wuhan, China.”
He added, “Over the last six years, compelling evidence has emerged supporting the lab origin of the pandemic and unraveling a web of deception, the vast COVID coverup. We learned that NIH funneled federal funds through EcoHealth Alliance to support gain of function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, research that may have caused the pandemic.”

Paul noted that Fauci had REPEATEDLY parroted “the talking points of the Chinese Communist Party and insisted that SARS-CoV-2 spread from bats to an intermediate host animal, then to humans,” which we all now know is a lie.
But HERE is where things get really interesting.
We’ve all seen countless “investigations” over the years that are all just political theater and end up going nowhere, but this one is very different.
Paul announced that he is preparing to subpoena Fauci, forcing him to testify about his role in the COVID-19 pandemic.
Normally, Fauci would just go up there and plead the Fifth, refusing to answer anything that actually matters but he is forbidden from doing so in this case.
Why? The pardon.
Since he received a preemptive pardon from President Biden for potential charges related to his actions during the COVID-19 pandemic, this means Fauci could not legally invoke the Fifth Amendment to avoid answering questions about those specific actions.
Fauci will be forced to tell the truth about his role in the COVID-19 pandemic! If he lies, he can be arrested for perjury.
The best part? The FBI recently announced that they had obtained the electronic devices Dr. Fauci used during the COVID pandemic… meaning they will have access to ALL of his communications.
If he tried to lie, the FBI will know.
There’s no way out – Fauci is DONE!
