The radical District Court judges in this country have now gone completely overboard. They are thwarting every effort that President Donald Trump makes to rescue our country from Joe Biden’s illegal alien invasion.
These lunatic judges have gone too far now. If they won’t allow President Trump to enforce existing laws, he’s going to have to resort to extreme measures.
This isn’t Trump’s fault. It’s the fault of the judges and their radical, anti-American rulings. President Trump has now put suspending the writ of habeas corpus on the table.
The right of habeas corpus is in Article I, Section 9 of the US Constitution. It guarantees your right—as an American—to seek release from unlawful detainment or imprisonment. In the past, the federal government has suspended the writ of habeas corpus on several occasions. It can be suspended in cases of rebellion or invasion, or extreme threats to public safety.
Presidents Lincoln, Grant, and Roosevelt (FDR) all suspended habeas corpus. These actions were never declared unconstitutional by any court—and the suspension of habeas corpus applied to American citizens. In this case, President Trump would only be suspending it for foreign invaders.

Of course, we know how that’s going to end up if Trump does it. The courts will suddenly rule that the same law that other presidents used cannot be used now because Orange Man Bad.
One court has already banned Trump from enforcing the Alien Enemies Act against Venezuelan terrorists. That’s one of our oldest nation’s laws. No previous court has ever had a problem with the Alien Enemies Act, until Donald Trump tried to enforce it to protect the American people from foreign rapists, drug dealers, and terrorists.
Another crazy Biden-appointed judge ruled this week that law enforcement can no longer arrest illegal aliens without a warrant. Nationwide injunction. That’s insane because we don’t even know who these people are! But if local cops, ICE, or the Border Patrol stops someone and suspects they’re an illegal alien, they can no longer take them into custody until they get a warrant.
I’m going to say something now that might turn some eyebrows up. Maybe this will shock you or maybe you’ll agree with it. Here goes:
At this point, I no longer care if President Trump breaks the law to get these people out of my country.
The unelected Biden regime suspended many, many laws to allow tens of millions of dangerous foreign invaders into our country. No court stepped in and told Diaper Joe that this was illegal. Congress didn’t impeach him for it. No one bothered to stop him, despite Americans paying a terrible price for this crime.
So that’s it. I don’t care if Trump breaks the law to get them out. I will still support him 110% if he suspends habeas corpus or takes any other action that Democrats hate. If Donald Trump wants to drop Tren de Aragua members out of an airplane over shark-infested waters, I will sit there laughing and cheering every time one of them loses an arm or a leg to a great white. Good riddance!

In 2017, Gomes took his wife on a vacation to Florida. While on vacation, Gomes was arrested for beating the ever-loving crap out of his wife. Despite being arrested for domestic violence, he was never deported.
Gomes was arrested last week in Redwood City, CA. My mom and her siblings were born in Redwood City. It used to be a nice place to live. Gomes was charged with raping a mentally retarded woman. While in uniform. As a cop!
California Governor Gavin Newsom gave this foreign rapist a gun and a badge in 2022 and deemed him worthy of being an American police officer despite being an illegal alien wife-beater. Great job, Gavin!
So, I’m done. I don’t care about the court rulings. I don’t care about anything the Fake News says about it. I don’t care if he suspends habeas corpus. If that doesn’t work, I don’t care if he ignores every law on the books.
Get these people out of our country, Mr. President. Do whatever it takes. I voted for this!
