During opening arguments in the fake “hush money” trial on Monday, prosecutors made the outrageous claim that Donald Trump stole the 2016 election. I’m starting to understand how the Reign of Terror happened during the French Revolution. These people are simply impossible. Despite having no control over election offices anywhere in America, Trump stole the 2016 election? Get real.
If that’s the case, then why does every single instance of major election fraud that gets uncovered in America happen on the other side of the aisle? Here are two recent cases you probably haven’t even heard about.
Dr. Hossein Morshed, the former councilman for Atlantic City, NJ’s Fourth Ward, pleaded guilty to election fraud in his 2019 election. Craig Callaway, the former president of the City Council of Atlantic City, was just arrested for mail-in ballot fraud in the 2022 election. These were completely separate cases in the same city where two different Democrats were arrested in the past two months.
Callaway was arrested in February after the FBI said he manipulated the 2022 midterm election in Atlantic City. Here’s how Callaway’s scheme was carried out, according to authorities.
Callaway and his staffers went into poor neighborhoods in Atlantic City and offered residents $30 to $50 to act as authorized messengers for their mail-in ballots. In New Jersey, you can sign a document that says person X is your authorized messenger, and you have given them permission to pick up your mail-in ballot at an election office. (Note that you give the authorized messenger a copy of your signature when you do this.)
According to investigators, Callaway and his team members would then take stacks of these authorized messenger documents to election offices and pick up mail-in ballots on behalf of these registered voters. The voters, however, never saw those mail-in ballots. Callaway and his team members filled out the ballots, faked the signatures, and mailed them back in to be counted in the 2022 midterm election.
Side note: Just $30 for a mail-in ballot in New Jersey? Good grief! Rep. Ilhan Omar’s (D-MN) campaign was paying $200 for signed, unfilled mail-in ballots in her last election. If they’re going to sell their ballots, they should at least get their money’s worth like the Somali refugee fraudsters.
Callaway is charged with one federal count of “depriving, defrauding, and attempting to deprive and defraud the residents of the state of New Jersey of a fair and impartially conducted election process.”
Last month, Dr. Hossein Morshed pleaded guilty to cheating in his 2019 reelection effort in Atlantic City. Investigators say Morshed was filling out voter registration forms for people with the wrong address on them. Morshed would later pay the same people a visit and he would bring them a mail-in ballot application, which also had the wrong address on it. As you’ve probably guessed, those mail-in ballots were sent to a mailbox that Morshed controlled, and the voters never received or cast their ballots. Morshed took care of that part for them.
The FBI even went to the trouble of having one of Morshed’s victims wear a wire. When the victim told Morshed that the FBI wanted to talk to him, Morshed urged the person to lie to the investigators. Dr. Morshed’s sentencing is scheduled for July 16th.
“Our voting processes and electoral functions are the bedrock of our democracy, and even a single elected official breaking to law in the hopes of returning to power creates cracks in the foundation,” said FBI–Newark Special Agent in Charge James E. Dennehy. “We must do all we can as law enforcement to protect our fundamental structure.”
Uh-huh.
This is total gaslighting from the FBI. Do you think that the Department of Justice under Joe Biden’s control gives a rip about a couple of election cheaters on the city council in New Jersey? These were a couple of minor arrests so they can continue to pretend that they take election fraud seriously—and so that gullible members of the public will continue to think the 2020 election was not stolen.
The FBI even had a person wear a wire to catch one of these Democrat fraudsters in Atlantic City. Imagine if they had expended one-tenth of that same amount of energy looking into the 2020 election. But they don’t, and we know they don’t because they’ve made no arrests in the election fraud case in Muskegon, MI, and no arrests in the fraud that took place in the Bridgeport, CT, mayoral race last year.
They simply caught a couple of small fish in hopes of duping people into missing the larger picture—which is that Joe Biden did not win the 2020 election.
