What We Know John Durham Has Collected So Far in the Russia Hoax Investigation

More indictments are likely in the near future for Hillary Clinton’s campaign lawyer, Michael Sussman. It’s also very likely that Special Counsel John Durham will be indicting additional players in the Russian collusion hoax, although we don’t know which ones. Durham has reportedly collected more than 500,000 pages of documents related just to the Sussman indictment, so this is unfortunately going to take a while. We’ve been able to deduce from public reporting that Durham has secured testimony from, interviewed, and gathered an astonishing list of evidence against the Russia hoaxers. Here’s a list of what we know so far.

Durham has secured grand jury testimony under oath from the following individuals.

Former FBI General Counsel James Baker and former FBI Assistant Director for Counterintelligence Bill Priestap. When the CIA hacked the Trump White House for data on Alfa Bank, Sussman took that data to Baker (to keep distance from Hillary’s campaign). Baker then passed that information to Priestap.

A “former FBI Deputy Assistant Director for Counterintelligence.” This is Peter Strzok, the FBI lovebird of Lisa Page, who was supposedly America’s top counterintelligence spy before he got fired. James Baker testified that he also gave the hacked Trump data to Strzok. Although Strzok has testified before the Durham grand jury, he refuses to answer any media questions about the case.

Former Dianne Feinstein staffer Daniel Jones. Jones did not work for Feinstein at the time of his involvement in the Russia hoax. Jones was working for two political action committees called Advance Democracy Inc. and The Democracy Integrity Project. Those two groups paid $485,000 to Christopher Steele and Fusion GPS to invent the Russian potty dossier.

Durham also secured grand jury testimony from two unidentified FBI employees – an FBI Special Agent who worked on the FBI’s fake Alfa Bank investigation and an FBI Headquarters Supervisory Special Agent who also worked on the Alfa Bank stuff.

Durham gathered testimony from two former unidentified DARPA employees (Agency-1 in the Sussman indictment). DARPA was working with Georgia Tech and with Clinton tech loyalist Rodney Joffey – the guy whose firm was directly tapped into and spying on the Executive Office of the President to try to find dirt on Donald Trump and Alfa Bank.

In addition, the grand jury has gathered testimony from 8 current and former CIA employees, including former Director John Brennan’s General Counsel Caroline Krass; 8 current and former employees of tech company Neustar (Internet Company-1 in the Sussman indictment); 4 current employees of Packet Forensics LLC (Internet Company-2) and VOSTROM Holdings, Inc. (Internet Company-3); a former chairman of Perkins Coie, the cutaway law firm that Hillary used to mask the payments for the Russian potty dossier; at least one employee of the Clinton campaign; 4 current and former employees of Georgia Tech; and a former employee of Rodney Joffe.

Those are just the grand jury testimonies that we know Durham collected. His team has also interviewed a significant number of people related to the Russia hoax, as follows:

Josef Mifsud. This is the international man of mystery in Italy who helped to snare George Papadopoulos in the Russia hoax. He works for a university in Italy (supposedly) that the FBI sends agents to for some type of counterintelligence training. Although they didn’t actually get to interview Mifsud, former Attorney General Bill Barr and John Durham traveled to Italy to listen to a taped deposition that Italian intelligence agencies had recorded of Mifsud discussing the Russia hoax. Durham was also able to secure two of Mifsud’s phones, which were used as exculpatory evidence in Gen. Mike Flynn’s trial. (Holy cow there were a lot of dorks involved in this conspiracy!)

Steven Schrage. This Schrage guy who no one has ever heard of before is a former employee of the Destroyer of All-You-Can-Eat Buffets, Stephan Halper – the guy who was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to frame Papadopoulos.

In addition, Durham has interviewed another 24 FBI agents with knowledge of “Crossfire Hurricane.” We also know that Durham subpoenaed records from the Hillary Clinton campaign in September of 2021, which the campaign has refused to turn over so far. Durham has also subpoenaed billing records and emails from the Hillary for America PAC, although we don’t know whether they’ve turned anything over.

This is just what we know Durham has collected so far, although it is most certainly not an exhaustive list. There are rumblings in DC this week that more indictments are likely to drop soon. Fingers crossed.
