If you thought that the video of the magic suitcase ballots in Fulton County, Georgia on the night of the 2020 election was bad – this is worse. A whistleblower from Delaware County, Pennsylvania has released damning video proof of election officials and attorneys destroying evidence in a back room, to prevent it from being used in an ongoing Pennsylvania election lawsuit. There’s video and audio evidence of this happening.
The perpetrators even admit on camera that they know they are committing a felony by destroying elections data well before the 22-month federal deadline has passed.
Delaware County, Pennsylvania (the west side of Philadelphia, basically) was the slowest location in the state to get all of its votes counted in the 2020 election. When we all went to bed on Election Night in 2020, Donald Trump had a commanding and insurmountable lead of more than 700,000 votes over Joe Biden. Yet as the days dragged on and the counting continued in Delaware County, Joe Biden somehow “won” Pennsylvania’s 20 electoral college votes by a final tally of more than 81,000 votes.
Delaware County is being sued based on allegations that it somehow “lost” many thousands of ballots from the 2020 election. One of the allegations in the suit is that thousands of mail-in and absentee ballots were accidentally “shredded” by a voting machine, and that the county is covering this up.
The plaintiffs filed a right-to-know request regarding those missing ballots back in May. After that request was filed was when the unnamed whistleblower recorded at least three videos showing attorneys and election workers discussing the destruction of evidence – and actually destroying evidence.
Once that right-to-know request was filed in court, it appears from the video evidence that attorneys and election officials in Delaware County began furiously destroying evidence.
The first video shows a Delaware County attorney named Tom Gallagher ripping ballot returns up with his hands and tossing them in a trash can. Gallagher tells an election worker, who also appears to be destroying election evidence in violation of a court order, “Let them try to figure out what we did…”
The whistleblower who is recording the destruction of evidence asks Gallagher, “Tom, why do you have to rip it up? Makes you feel better?”
Gallagher replies, “Yeah, at this point I don’t want anybody to pick it up, and thinking we threw stuff away.”
The election worker then states, “We’re gonna have a little campfire going.”
In another video, the whistleblower asks that same election worker why election “tapes” – records of ballots and so forth – are being tossed in the trash, since those materials are supposed to be preserved for 22 months after an election. The worker at first denies that they’re throwing election evidence away. Then, he makes this admission:
“Well, let’s put it this way… yes, there are tapes that are being tossed… But they are of no audit value.”
No audit value? Obviously, the things being destroyed were of “audit value,” because they had been preserved for 12 months after the election. They only began frantically destroying those specific pieces of evidence after a right-to-know was filed in court and the court places those (now destroyed) items under a preservation order. These people knew exactly what they were destroying, and they didn’t want anyone else to find the materials they were destroying. Hence, the “little campfire” they used to destroy evidence!
In another video, two Delaware County public employees identified as Jim Savage and James Allen are discussing the destruction of more evidence. Allen states, “Then get rid of the pads and the second scanners.”
Savage replies, “We can’t talk about this anymore.”
“Why not?” asks Allen.
“It’s a felony,” says Savage.
All of this video evidence has been turned over to the Delaware County District Attorney’s office. The DA has not responded in any way to this evidence. The videos, surprisingly, were posted to Twitter and have not been taken off the platform yet. Watch the evidence for yourself. It is clear that these officials are destroying evidence from the 2020 election that would be damaging to the fairy tale that Joe Biden actually received 81 million votes.

As far as I know, you can’t be arrested for doing that.

Are these traitors (I do believe them guilty of treason when sabotaging the country for money or reward) in prison yet? This is a grevious crime. Voter fraud, on any scale, is the undermining of our entire country. It can and probably will cause civil war which will cost many lives, so we can add murder to their crimes. We need to enforce voting laws to their fullest extent. Penalties should be Prison for many years, especially as the cost both in lives and treasure is immense. Then and only then will we have a fair election.
That lawyer in the videos needs to be hung for treason!!!
So what is going to be done about it – Nothing ??? -Election officials committing Felonies and no one raises an eyebrow – something BETTER be done !!

It’s shameful that there is no Justice for a duly elected President, When that goes, so does the UNITED States of AMERICA.
Why does this as most videos selectively start at incriminating point and not include video leading into as following these visuals.
This is nothing surprising. Fraud has been documented in numerous states, but has been ignored or swept under the rug by DEMOCRAT state officials and the MSM. If this is not made public and dealt with legally, this country will never have another fair, honest presidential election. There are too many states whose election officials are Democrat and will either allow this kind
if criminal activity or will carry it out themselves.
What upsets me more than anything (other than the open southern border) are the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT flights taking illegals to New York and Florida and probably elsewhere. But I love Ron DeSantis when he said he was going to bus them all to Delaware! If the Dems get their way, these folks will be given voting rights and if there are millions of them, the Republicans can never win. Then we WILL become a socialist country and I will move to another country. something needs to be done – NOW! Call your congressmen and tell them to send them back!
ok….I for one person that corruption by State officials needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent the Law and the
officials and overseers should be tried for treason and Hung by the neck. And we the people acknowledge this c o r r u p t i o n and watch these people hang in public. No Band, no speech, no sympathy, and these bodies, be thrown
in the ground with a sign of disdain in unmarked graves.
