The judge assigned to hear the January 6 death penalty case against Donald Trump was a direct participant in the Russia collusion hoax. Judge Tanya Chutkin also worked at the same law firm as Hunter Biden. That’s the woman assigned to hear the “insurrection” case against Donald J. Trump.
If you tried to make up something as corrupt as that in a movie, no one would believe you. That just couldn’t happen in the real world. It’s too absurd. But it is happening to Donald Trump. Almost all of the judges aligned against him are so corrupt that they shouldn’t even be on the bench.
Before doing a deep dive into Judge Chutkin, let’s pause for a second and consider a different judge that desperately wants to throw President Trump in prison. Judge Lewis Kaplan is the justice who oversaw the Crazy Rape Lady (a.k.a. author E. Jean Carroll) civil case against President Trump.
In that trial, the jury found President Trump not guilty of the rape charge against him. He did not rape her, Carroll’s legal team could present no evidence that he raped her, and the jury agreed that Trump did not rape her. Let’s say it one more time for luck: Donald Trump was found completely innocent of the false charge of raping E. Jean Carroll.
Judge Kaplan sat through the trial, saw the total lack of evidence against Donald Trump and was indeed inside the courtroom when the jury declared him to be not guilty.
Trump then countersued Carroll. That case also landed in Judge Kaplan’s Manhattan courtroom. But Kaplan threw the case out this week. The reason he threw out Trump’s countersuit was because—as Kaplan himself said—he believes Donald Trump raped E. Jean Carroll and therefore cannot countersue her.
Kaplan wrote in his decision against Trump, “The jury’s verdict in Carroll II establishes, as against Mr Trump, the fact that Mr Trump ‘raped her’, albeit digitally rather than with his penis.”
That is NOT what the jury decided AT ALL. Trump did not rape this crazy broad. Not with his private parts, not with his fingers, not with anything else. It never happened. The scenario described by Judge Kaplan does, however, sound suspiciously similar to what Joe Biden “allegedly” did to Tara Reade, doesn’t it?
As weird and corrupt as that is, Kaplan doesn’t even hold a candle to Judge Chutkin in the Jack Smith case against Trump.
Think all the way back to 2017, when House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) and his trusty sidekick Kash Patel were trying to unmask the people who paid for the Russian potty dossier that Fusion GPS made up. Nunes and Patel took Fusion GPS to court to try to force them to reveal who paid for the fake potty dossier. Judge Tanya Chutkin was the presiding judge in that case.
Chutkin oversaw the case for 30 days and did everything in her power to try to prevent Fusion GPS from having to reveal that the potty dossier was paid for by Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the DNC under Debbie Wasserman Schultz. On the 30th day of that trial it became apparent that Nunes and Patel were going to prevail, and Chutkin was out of excuses to block the release.
That’s when Chutkin suddenly announced that, oh, whoopsie, Fusion GPS was a client that she represented while in private practice at Boies Schiller. Chutkin spent a month trying to block the release of the bank records that implicated Crooked Hillary and the DNC. When it became obvious that Nunes and Patel would win, she finally recused herself. She should have refused on day one, but she’s a partisan hack.
Because of that refusal to recuse on the very first day, Chutkin should absolutely have been disbarred. Here we are six years later, and now she’s a judge.
Oh, and because you could not possibly make any of this sh*t up, Boies Schiller is the same law firm that Hunter Biden worked at. Judge Chutkin worked at the same firm at the same time as Hunter Biden. As a private attorney at Boies Schiller, Chutkin represented Burisma in Ukraine. She also represented Hunter Biden’s fraudulent consulting firm that was part of the Biden family’s money-laundering schemes.
That’s the judge overseeing the case against President Trump in Washington, DC. As Kash Patel says in his latest book—there are no coincidences in government.

This synopsis of events to get to where we are today makes me want to see a hard turnaround on the President Biden administration and the legal tentacles that support this caustic degrading of American society integrity. How can we all let this go unaccountable? There needs to be a plan to take down this structure of evil starting at the level of Justices and lawyers that are pushing and distorting the Truth. In the cases of Trump, one vetted Judge be it Rep or Dem tainted, as long as they are honest and neutral should be selected to hear Trumps cases, all of them. Then exposing the biases, start putting people in jail and cut their government salary off and terminate their retirements. The root of the problem is money and a cash cow government that continues to feed these people into a life of society devastation. Trump id an outsider and doesn’t want their money, so they go after him as a threat to their cash cow schemes. And real Americans want Trump to finish the clean out and up mess that has to be done.
