Democrat FAIL! Arizona Governor Forced to Deploy National Guard to Southern Border as Her Immigration Policy Backfires BIGTIME

The situation at our southern border is so abysmal that even open border Democrats are being FORCED to act, with Arizona’s leftist governor Katie Hobbs sending in the National Guard to try and clean up a problem which SHE HELPED CREATE!

Hobbs, the state’s radical Democrat governor, sent the National Guard to the southern border as an unprecedented number of illegals continues to slam the border while simultaneously begging the Biden regime in Washington to send federal aid.

“Yet again, the federal government is refusing to do its job to secure our border and keep our communities safe,” Hobbs said. “With this Executive Order, I am taking action where the federal government won’t… “Despite continued requests for assistance, the Biden administration has refused to deliver desperately needed resources to Arizona’s border.”

But don’t be fooled by Hobbs’ grandstanding – she is just as responsible for the border chaos in Arizona as Joe Biden is.

In the past she called a make-shift border wall, like those adopted by some border states looking to fill gaps in the border fence a “political stunt” and did everything in her power to ensure Arizona had no such thing.

During her campaign, Hobbs slammed then-Republican Governor Doug Ducey’s use of shipping containers as a temporary border.

“It’s a political stunt. It’s a visual barrier that is not actually providing an effective barrier to entry, and I think a waste of taxpayer dollars,” she said in alignment with what the Biden regime was saying at the time.

Hobbs also praised Biden’s “immigration policy” earlier this year which is really just designed to help illegals invade America.

When she took office in January 2023, Hobbs said, “I am encouraged by the White House’s recent actions to finally visit the border and to start proposing real steps to begin addressing the problems of the current system.”

“And while optimistic, I will also continue to push Congress to do its job and pass comprehensive immigration reform,” she continued.

But that’s not all.

As governor, Hobbs has also vetoed a measure to BAN aiding human smuggling efforts and she has also carved out massive chunks of money to help illegal immigrants thrive in America – while simultaneously turning her back on the American citizens who live in her state.

Included in those funds was a hefty $40 million scholarship program for migrants to make education more “equitable.”

On top of all of that, Hobbs also DEFUNDED a team of state border enforcement officials that were designed to combat international criminal activity which is frequently conducted through the use of our southern border.

Known as the “Border Strike Force” this Arizona state funded group was mostly focused on taking on the drug cartels – and Hobbs killed it.

Needless to say, her sudden decision to criticize the Biden regime’s handling of the border is likely not a change of heart, but an indicator of how BAD things actually are.

Either Hobbs is actually worried that the migrant situation has become too much for the state to handle or, more likely, she is feeling an immense amount of backlash with residents of the state SLAMMING her and the Biden regime for everything they’ve done to facilitate this invasion.
