Holy cow! Leave it to Texas to blow the doors off this 2020 election mess and get right to the heart of the matter. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a brief directly with the Supreme Court, which made the Democrats suddenly drop a full Nadler in their jeans. This brief has teeth, it’s grounded on solid legal and constitutional principles, and it wastes no time fiddle-farting around in state courts. We can sum it up in four words: Don’t mess with Texas!
The ‘brief’ is a legal document that lays out Texas’ claim for relief from the cheating swing states in the fraudulent 2020 election. It explains the ways that swing states violated federal election laws and requests a hearing before the court in which AG Paxton’s team would argue the case.
Paxton lays out three specific ways that Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia violated federal law. Take a look at this and you’ll see why I’m so excited about this potential case.
First:
“Non-legislative actors’ purported amendments to States’ duly enacted election laws, in violation of the Electors Clause’s vesting State legislatures with plenary authority regarding the appointment of presidential electors.”
Democrat governors, their appointed secretaries of state and even state supreme courts used the excuse of the China virus to illegally change their election laws this year. Mass mail-in voting was the biggest chunk of this fraud, as evidenced by the magic suitcase ballots in Georgia. (We all know that those suitcases were full of pre-filled, fraudulent mail-in ballots for Biden.)
The most important word in the first clause of Paxton’s brief is “plenary.” Beautiful, sweet plenary! “Plenary” is a word that makes a tingle run up the legs of Supreme Court Justices. The word is like Viagra for judges. It’s a word that was rarely used by the Founders in the Constitution, because of its incredible power.
In legal terms, “plenary” pretty much means “almost king-like.” The Electors Clause of the Constitution vests PLENARY authority in state legislatures to direct the manner in which each state chooses their presidential electors. The fact that this authority is plenary means that no governor, no secretary of state, no dimwitted paper-pusher bureaucrat in some government office, and not even the United States Supreme Court itself can interfere with this power. This is one of the few constitutional clauses that gives nearly king-like power to “we the people” through our elected state legislatures.
Why is that important? Because in each of the four states named in the suit, the governors, secretaries of state and sometimes even the supreme courts in those states (Hello, Pennsylvania) interfered with the methods of choosing electors. They changed election laws in their states, when only the legislatures have PLENARY authority under the US Constitution to do so.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that the state could accept ballots up to three days after Election Day. These states eliminated signature verification, made massive changes to absentee ballot laws and more. And this was totally illegal and unconstitutional, as Ken Paxton has beautifully explained in his nuclear Supreme Court brief.
Second:
“Intrastate differences in the treatment of voters, with more favorable allotted to voters – whether lawful or unlawful – in areas administered by local government under Democrat control and with populations with higher ratios of Democrat voters than other areas of Defendant States.”
Democrat voters who messed up their ballots in some counties were contacted so they could “cure” their ballots, while Republican ballots were discarded if they were filled out incorrectly. This is the electoral equivalent of Democrats sending black people to use the “Colored” drinking fountain. Unequal treatment of voters based on party registration seems like exactly the sort of case that the Supreme Court will be excited to slap down.
Third:
“The appearance of voting irregularities in the Defendant States that would be consistent with the unconstitutional relaxation of ballot-integrity protections in those States’ election laws.”
Individual states have a duty under federal law to ensure the integrity of the vote in federal elections. Period. This is the most perfect summation that covers the totality of the fraud that took place. The swing states in question relaxed their duty to ensure a fair election, and it was done intentionally to allow the “irregularities” to happen.
This brief is just incredible. It asks the Supreme Court to step in and order the state legislatures in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan by seating Trump electors to the Supreme Court. Trump had a massive, insurmountable lead in all of those states when everyone went to bed on election night. The election was over then, until the Democrats activated the steal. The best constitutional relief in the short term is to have the state legislatures choose electors for Trump. Long-term, we can clean up the mess of these garbage election rules.
Listen: To Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell and the rest of the gang… you’ve been doing a great job. We hope that you ultimately prevail in the end and please, don’t give up no matter what. Thank you for trying to shine the spotlight of truth on the election this year in our nation. When I first began hearing about all the fraud going on, I felt like my confidence in our nation’s government had died. I actually grieved for our nation and the great loss of trust and confidence in our government to do “right” and abide by the laws that our forefathers and founders intended us to have. My faith and trust in the election process has been challenged and destroyed. I would like to thank all of the lawyers and justices that actually try to restore our election process to the highly respected and valued system that we are capable of in the Great United States of America.
Its unbelievable that with so many questionable actions taken on voting day that we wouldn’t be performing a fair and equitable investigation. To date many hundreds of people have made extremely credible accusations that absolutely require investigating. The analysis of these voting machines is obviously where the answers will be uncovered. While this is wonderful news and I hope it will prevail in the SCOTUS, it will leave one major project. This project is the identification , indictment, trial and conviction of the masterminds if this traitorous action against the USA. Also, all that participated in carrying out this fraud need to be identified and prosecuted. I fully believe that included in this treason were coerced into participating and need to come forward and provide testimony. These potential whistle-blowers can be offered immunity from prosecution in order to provide the information that they can testify too. Very proud of my state of Texas and AG Paxton for his intentions behind this lawsuit. The many states that had lawfully run elections were disenfranchised by the elections run in several states.
Thank you Texas, thank you America, Thank you Attorney General of Texas, for standing up. I also agree that Senator Ted Cruz is an important part to resolving this issue. Hopefully, the Attorney General and Ted Cruz are working together. Everyone knows that fraud has been occurring for many years. Hopefully, the Supreme court will be able to set some guidelines to ensure all states do certain things to ensure a fair and equal election. For example; Picture ID’s, Signatures, possibly finger print to ensure someone is not voting two times, mandatory role clean up, connect finger print, and signature to confirm either illegal or legal voter. Use of specially marked paper similar to process used by manufacture of dollar bills. Use electronic machines which need to be physically and forensically inspected prior to election (24 to 48 hrs) and immediately after election. It would be a nice added feature to show the votes as they come through showing on a screen who a person voted for to ensure it goes to the correct candidate. We have the technology to do all these things through a computer and put each vote in a specific category. Valid, invalid, must review, etc. Then the law makers can create laws to ensure prosecution and still penalties when some knowingly commits intention fraud. Finally, we still have the paper ballots from both mail in (using the current process of requested the ballot first under penalty of fraud if not filled out correctly (lied) and not sent through the proper chain of command. This Republic can only be saved if you have honest people leading it. When you have corruption to highest level which can put it under the rug so to speak you do not have a republic because they do not prosecute the criminals and go after innocent people. We experienced this with leftovers from the Obama Administration. Not sure how this can be reversed because there is almost no way to ensure a criminal gets prosecuted when you have a criminal state or federal Attorney General.

I don.t think the supreme court will hear this. I believe they just don.t care. If they knew that come february the courts going 2B packed with liberal judges if they can.t impeach all of trumps appointments then they would care, but at this point they don.t. I saw more commitment with the 2000 election. With the courts approval, due process is surrendered.

I love my Mother’s birth state. Texas represents all that our country stands for. Freedom, independence, under God (your choice), with liberty and justice for all. I love TEXAS. I am proud of Texas and I am happy in Texas. Texas is the most accepting State I know. I love all the cultures but mainly the Hispanic. The Hispanics have greatly been a reason Texas is so great. Many have suffered great hardships to give their families and chance here and in Mexico. Let’s find a right way that is doable to come. During Obama administration I attended 4 immigration ceremonies. Three were to help my friends and love ones to become citizens. You know what I witnessed. Groups of 60 being sworn in. But where were they from. The middle east. And they were able to come in a very short time. But my friends had applied in the 90s and it is not fair that they were not given the same chances as Muslims. Do you realize how great Hispanic work ethics and love have helped this country to prosper. They will do whatever it takes to get the job done. So let’s find some ways to correctly give them the breaks they so deserve. Hispanics your families have risked their lives and hardships to give you a better life. They left corruption for you. “Fraud has been done, and too much of it for an Election!
Therefore, this Election of 2020 is null and void, and a new Election 2021 is to be organized and held!
The timeframe of preparing for this shall not exceed the period from January to end of June, and:
The Election shall take place in the second week of July, from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 24:00 Central Time.
The opening times of Voting Offices shall be open for Voters from 6 :00 am to 8:00 pm each County, and these Offices shall be guarded by Federal Officers around the clock, from 25 June 2021.
All Voters’ Registers are to be updated, by 31 March 2021, for deaths, moves, age, disqualifications, incl. mental incompetence (Voting is an Act of Competence and Freedom – BOTH FACULTIES MUST BE PRESENT!).
– Each Voter shall appear in person and with proof of Identity, incl. portrait
– Each Voter has ONE Vote only!
– A Voter with a physical handicap of age or health MUST BE CERTIFIED as such and can still VOTE HIM-/HERSELF at their residence or place of care!
– Help can be given to such persons by Notaries to certify their Identity, in presence of one witness; these persons must be registered with the Election Office and are responsible for safety and transport of the respective ballots at all times.
– Ballot Harvesting by party members and officers, employees or any other person is a criminal offence.
– Help can also be given to physically handicapped persons by friends, social officers, members of caring services, et al, to bring these Voters safely to the Voting Office – but they cannot accompany them further!
The Presidential Election 2021, replacing the one of 2020 shall not move the previous timeframe for Presidential Election, but the incumbent President shall remain in office, with his powers untouched, until the President Elected is Inaugurated and takes Office – which is to be on Midnight 31 July/1 August 2021. And that Presidency shall ed, as previously set, by 20 January 2025.
It was always odd to me why Trump and his allies were retaining criminal prosecutors to advocate purely electoral law cases in 6 different states; to cull from those alleged enterprises claims grounded solely in the criminal aspects of them and then shoe-horn those allegations into a civil action alleging election law irregularities.
Rudy and Sid are not stupid people, although they are clearly not civil litigators and neither knows anything about federal election law and complex, multi state civil litigation. I doubt either of them would disagree. Much like hiring Dershowitz to repar my transmission.
And, so, I ask; why didn’t either of them raise the much stronger, much cleaner, far simpler, elegant and viable constitutional arguments now being raised by the Texas bill? Not even an allusion to it was raised which likely would have assailed any defense based on standing or laches.
Meaning, why were those issues saved until now? For Texas to raise seemingly out of nowhere?
This appears to be a black letter matter of well established law. But so did obamacare. We’re about to discover exactly how corrupt and compromised the supreme court is, and the consequences that follow.
