Republicans in the Michigan House of Representatives have filed Articles of Impeachment against Attorney General Dana Nessel. The articles related to the 2020 election fraud that Nessel’s office covered up, for filing criminal charges against the 16 alternate Trump electors, and for a third matter related to a conflict of interest.
As a practical matter, these Articles of Impeachment are not going to go anywhere. But as a tactical matter, this was a brilliant move on the part of the MI House GOP.
Article I filed against AG Nessel is all about the voter registration fraud ring in Muskegon, MI that we’ve all been talking about since last summer. In October of 2020, a woman showed up at the Muskegon clerk’s office and tried to submit about 10,000 absentee voter registration forms. This seemed odd to the clerk, since there were only about 4,000 adults of voting age in the whole town who were not registered to vote.
The clerk called the cops. A random sampling of the ballots that they looked at revealed that 100% of them were fraudulent. They had fake names, fake addresses, and all sorts of other problems. The purpose of the registrations was to flood the system with undeliverable mail-in ballots, so that the Democrats could turn those ballots into votes all across Michigan (and all the other swing states in 2020).
A multi-agency task force investigated the source of those fake ballots. The task force included Michigan State Policy, Muskegon city police, and Attorney General Dana Nessel’s office. The investigation traced the ballots to a company called GBI Strategies that was operating out of a hotel in Auburn Hills, MI.
In a private Facebook chatroom, more than 20 clerks across Michigan were complaining about the huge dumps of absentee ballot registrations coming from that hotel. All of the clerks knew that there was something shady and illegal going on. At the conclusion of the investigation, the evidence was turned over to the FBI. Three years later, the FBI has done nothing. No arrests.
Despite the fact that there were federal crimes committed here, there were also state crimes. AG Nessel did not charge anyone with election fraud, despite direct knowledge of the investigation. Her office had participated in the election, after all. Police interviewed employees of GBI Strategies and understood the whole criminal scheme. Not only did Nessel not arrest anyone on state charges, but she also swept the whole thing under the rug and continued to claim that there was no 2020 election fraud.
That’s what Article I of the impeachment is about.
Article II relates to Nessel filing criminal charges against the 16 alternate Trump electors who were appointed in 2020. This was a perfectly legal act by the Michigan GOP and the Trump campaign. If fraud is suspected in an election, a party is allowed to nominate an alternate slate of electors. That’s legal and it’s happened historically, most recently in the Kennedy-Nixon race in 1960.
Even Nessel herself admitted publicly that these indictments are on shaky ground. All 16 of the electors have been charged with 8 felonies, in relation to what Nessel now called the “False Electors Plot.” 14 of the 16 electors are senior citizens, and they will die in prison if convicted. The charges are so obviously unjust and fake that not even the Department of Justice under Merrick Garland would take up the case.
Article II basically accuses Nessel of corrupt conduct in office, for charging the 16 Trump electors with felonies.
Article III doesn’t have anything to do with the 2020 election and is related to a conflict of interest in an investigation that Nessel’s office is conducting in Michigan.
Democrats in the Michigan legislature hold a one-seat majority in the Senate and a two-seat majority in the House. So basically, these Articles of Impeachment aren’t going anywhere.
This was a brilliant move by the House Republicans, however, despite that fact. As of last Tuesday, we’re less than one year away from the 2024 election. When a public official has Articles of Impeachment filed against them, local media in that state is highly likely to cover the story. People who don’t pay that much attention to elections until now are suddenly finding a story all over local Michigan media that there was a big election fraud case in 2020 and Dana Nessel covered it up and lied about it.
Awareness of the fraud in the last presidential election can only help in the upcoming presidential election. The Democrats know we’re watching them this time. We know that Trump is up by 8 points in the polls in Michigan this time.

As a Michigander, I am disgusted with our state government. But, the union workers in southern Michigan have been brainwashed for decades. These uninformed voters can’t think on their own two feet. In case you don’t know the Democrats have been doing this type of thing for the last 3 elections. They have used the names of people who have died and not been taken off of the voter rolls. People who have moved to other states as well. This is not your parents democratic party. These people fully intend on taking complete control of our country. They have already started, this is why they have hired 87,000 new IRS agents. The new FedNow will be just like a credit card, every transaction will have to be approved or denied by these new agents. This is how the democrats are going to control almost every person using this system. If we try to buy something they don’t want us to they will decline it. This is also they exact reason why Biden wants to take our retirement money away from us. If we cant get our hands on any money. We have no choice but to buy what they say. Now they will punish anyone who doesn’t do what they want. Remember they will be in charge of paying everything for us. They will be able to cut off our electricity and water by just not paying the bill. They will be able to to have our cars and houses away doing the same exact thing. There are many of you who will say they, won’t do that but the truth is yes they will. They fully intend to turn the Country into a dictatorship run by the democrats. Now remember since they are incharge of our money they are not going to allow any money to go to the republicans you want to vote for. There may not ever be another election not even the 2024 one. They will shut it down by not allowing anyone to send funds for it. This is not just the democratic party involved in this. There are also many of the world’s billionaires as well. Why do you think Alex Soros keeps showing up at the White House for meetings with Biden? Don’t think they aren’t involved in this. The largest group of Billionaires are in a company called Black Rock and they control most of what goes on in the world. And I believe they want to control everything else as well to include we the people. Better wake up and stop this if we still can?
News clips showed Buttigieg in Ukraine, meeting with Zelensky and Parliament re rebuilding Ukraine. Ridiculous. What the news DIDN’T SHOW was ALEX SOROS WENT THERE WITH BUTTIGIEG. Saw that in articles today. In the last 3 months, Alex Soros has met with Biden at WH. Wouldn’t be surprised if he also attends mtgs on Wednesday in San Francisco, the ones with Chinese Xi, Biden, Newsome. Newsome just spent 2 weeks in China showing how much he adores China and all Xi’s ideas and actions. Newsome now wants to have a SOCIAL CREDIT SYSTEM started in California. So he is following in Biden’s footsteps, becoming a mentor of Xi. His students. And Yellen goes there and kisses his ring. Like the Mafia did in the past past.
