President Trump Files Lawsuit Against Hillary Clinton, Others for Knowingly Spreading Russian Collusion Lie

Things are about to get very interesting, as former President Donald Trump, has filed a lawsuit against his 2016 Democrat opponent, Hillary Clinton.

Included in the lawsuit, are several of Clinton’s staffers, DNC members and members of the media. The suit alleges that those named, caused Trump and the American people grievous harm – by knowingly spreading the fake news story that Trump was colluding with Russia, during the 2016 Presidential election.

The complaint, which is 108 pages long, was filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida and states that over 45 people conspired the Russian collusion narrative, “to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty.”

“The scheme was conceived, coordinated and carried out by top-level officials at the Clinton Campaign and the DNC—including ‘the candidate’ herself—who attempted to shield her involvement behind a wall of third parties.”

The suit details how Perkins Coie, a law firm who was paid by and working for the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign, conspired to “fabricate” “proof” that then candidate Donald Trump had more than diplomatic ties to Russia.

It alleges that the Democrats “seized on the opportunity to publicly malign Donald J. Trump by instigating a full-blown media frenzy.”

“In short, the Defendants, blinded by political ambition, orchestrated a malicious conspiracy to disseminate patently false and injurious information about Donald J. Trump and his Presidential Election in favor of Hillary Clinton,” the suit states.

Listed in the suit is Hillary Clinton, her campaign chair John Podesta, former DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Fusion GPS, Christopher Steele (where the Steele Dossier came from), former FBI Director James Comey, former FBI agent Peter Strzok, former FBI attorneys Lisa Page and Kevin Clinesmith, and former deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe.

The suit also includes many more people said to have participated in the conspiracy to bring down Trump.

“When their gambit failed, and Donald J. Trump was elected, the Defendants’ efforts continued unabated, merely shifting their focus to undermining his presidential administration,” the suit continues.

“Worse still, the Defendants continue to spread their vicious lies to this day as they unabashedly publicize their thoroughly debunked falsehoods in an effort to ensure that he will never be elected again.”

“The deception, malice, and treachery perpetrated by the Defendants has caused significant harm to the American people, and to the Plaintiff, Donald J. Trump, and they must be held accountable for their heinous acts.”

Trump is looking for compensation and his lawsuit has requested that the court award Trump “punitive damages, costs, and such further and other relief as this Court may deem just and proper,” for each of 16 counts against the defendants.

Trump is also asking for $24 million in damages, alleging Democrats willfull lie of Russian collusion has forced him to spend millions to defend himself, his campaign and his businesses.

“Among other things, the Plaintiff was forced to incur expenses in an amount to be determined at trial, but known to be in excess of twenty-four million dollars ($24,000,000) and continuing to accrue, in the form of defense costs, legal fees, and related expenses incurred in connection with his effort to defend against the Defendants’ actions and the various federal investigations and/or official proceedings which arose therefrom, in addition to the loss of existing and future business opportunities for himself, the Trump Campaign, and the Trump Organization LLC,” the lawsuit says.

  1. I hope Killary doesn’t disappear before getting the chance to exchange her pantsuit for a jumpsuit.

  2. If they liberal courts can grant a suit against Alex Jones for defamation, then the same standard should apply for those who defamed & continue to defame Trump. It’s called equal justice under the law.
