Just a few days ago we reported on a woman in Alberta, Canada who was being denied a life-saving organ transplant because she has not taken the COVID vaccine. While bashing Canada and the Trudeau dictatorship for this awful policy, we assumed that the same thing was not happening here in America. But we were wrong.
About 35% of the transplant centers in the United States are turning people away and refusing to perform surgeries on them, unless they submit and get the COVID shot. The Epoch Times is reporting that a mom in Georgia was just denied a life-saving kidney transplant because she is unvaccinated.
The woman is only being identified as Jane Doe to protect her identity. The 41-year-old mother of seven kids has been unwilling to take the COVID shot on both religious and medical grounds. Like the Alberta woman we reported on last week, Jane Doe has already had COVID, and therefore has robust natural immunity. She does not need a COVID shot.
A non-profit legal organization called Liberty Counsel is assisting Jane Doe. She has end-stage kidney disease and requires dialysis three times per week just to stay alive. When she first applied for a transplant at Emory Healthcare, Inc. in Atlanta, she was approved to go on the transplant list. But during a second meeting with doctors at the hospital, a social worker informed her that she could not be added to the transplant waiting list until she gets the COVID shots.
Liberty Counsel has sent a nine-page letter to Emory Healthcare, demanding that she be put on the transplant list on medical and religious grounds. Jane Doe is a Roman Catholic, and the letter notes that because all of the COVID shots are based on aborted fetal cell lines, she doesn’t want to be injected with them on religious and moral grounds.
Pfizer and Moderna lied to the public and claimed they didn’t use aborted baby parts to make the shots. Investigations carried out by the public health departments in North Dakota and Louisiana both proved them wrong. A Pfizer whistleblower also admitted to James O’Keefe that the shots were made with fetal cell lines.
(By the way, remember that time a couple of months ago when a Pfizer exec admitted to an undercover journalist that they’re performing gain-of-function research to make COVID more dangerous, so they can sell more vaccines? And then James O’Keefe got kicked out of his own company by the Board of Directors at Project Veritas, and Congress didn’t do anything about Pfizer’s biological weapons development that O’Keefe had exposed? Sometimes we think about that.)
Liberty Counsel also noted in its appeal to the hospital that Jane Doe recently recovered from COVID, and her antibodies from natural immunity are much higher than those of a vaccinated person. She also objects to taking the shots on medical grounds because she’s well-informed about the potential risks that they pose. Jane Doe knows if she gets the shot, there is a chance that she could develop myocarditis, blood clots, and other proven health problems associated with them.
The appeal states:
“Because of her [Doe’s] acquired natural immunity and documented SARS-CoV-2 antibodies and other factors, [Doe] respectfully requests that the Transplant Team and/or Committee permit her to obtain an exemption from the COVID-19 vaccinations because of the risks associated with vaccinating someone with such a high antibody count.”
This is about as awful as it gets. Doctors and hospitals are required by law to give life-saving treatment to people when they need it, whether they have the ability to pay for it or not. To tell people like Jane Doe that they can’t get an operation unless they take the COVID shot is immoral and evil. It violates the Hippocratic oath that all doctors take.
Someone should do an investigation to learn how many transplant patients have been killed by this ghoulish policy. If 35% of the nation’s transplant centers have a vaccine mandate in place like Emory Healthcare does, then it is probably a significant number. Vaccine mandates are immoral. Period. But we still have more than 1,000 colleges and universities in America with vax mandates in place, and 35% of transplant centers. When are people going to wake up to what is going on here?
I don’t trust this, can anyone find a source from a research article? This is the only place I see this information. Feel free to send any source information about this issue because I want to learn more about this.

My Heart Doctor told me that I would not be eligible for a heart transplant if needed because I had not taken the COVID Shot. What do they do with hearts from people that did not take the shot. I should have told him that I only wanted a heart from a person that had not taken the shot! That goes for any other organ. HOW STUPID CAN THEY GET? This happened about a year after I had COVID.

This whole COVID garbage is a scam from the start. Doctors and hospitals made a fortune off of it by charging 3 or 4 times as much if you tested positive. Pharmacuticals are now trying to make a fortune off the shots. Politicians loved it because they had more control over the people and didn’t want it to end. Teens are dying and having heart attacks on the playing field. People are getting serious medical conditions from the shots, Airline pilots, mandated to take the shots, are passing out or having heart attacks while at the controls of a plane with hundreds of passingers. I have never heard of a deadly (so we were told) disease that you could test positive for, not be sick, no symptoms, not even know you have it. Never said the tests may not be accurate, just made up a name for it. The death stats were set up so that if you had a heart attack, an accident or was murdered and you tested positive, it was listed as a virus death. Nobody knows how many people died from the virus, if any. How mant people died from other medical problems because the doctors were treating them for the virus just because they tested positive. Were the tests accurate? Who knows? The vax’s were worthless. You could be vaccinated several times, also with the boosters, and still test positive. The mask were worthless, we were told the virus particles were smaller than the brearhe particles, so if the mask stopped the virus particles, you couldn’t breathe thru them. If the masks caught the virus particles what happened to them when yo inhaled? Went right back into your lungs. Healthy? I don’t think so. This scam was the worse this country has ever seen and I hope and prasy we never see anything like it again. It has just about killed this country, all because of crooked polititicians and the money.

That’s BS and I’m sure there are going to be a lot of lawsuits coming out of this. Drs cannot deny sick patients care because they refuse a vaccine, especially since the last batch killed a lot of people. This is still America, as much as Biden has tried to destroy it. We will not be forced to do anything that could be potentially harmful to us.
No lawsuits they have a liability clause when you go into the hospital and the covid jab has no liability clause they are immune from lawsuits, so my question is this; if the jab is so great then remove the liability clause so if something does go wrong they can be sued but they dont.
