It was recently revealed that the state of South Carolina has been giving illegal immigrants voter registration forms, seemingly facilitating an election scheme which would allow this massive voting bloc to cast their votes in the 2024 election. As if that fact wasn’t bad enough, a deeper dive into why South Carolina is doing this is because Joe Biden is FORCING THEM!
A spokesperson for a South Carolina agency revealed that they have no choice in the matter, and Biden’s government is making them provide voter registrations to foreign nationals.
The individual who made this claim was Jeff Leieritz, with the state’s Department of Health and Human Services.
According to Leieritz, as the state’s Medicaid agency, his department is being mandated to give out voter registration forms to EVERYONE who applies for health benefits – including illegals.
Leieritz points to Section 7 of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA) which requires each state to designate certain facilities as voter registration agencies. This includes all state offices providing public assistance, unemployment compensation, disability services, state or local government offices, federal and nongovernmental offices, and armed forces recruitment offices.
“SCDHHS does not believe the state Medicaid agency should have a role in voter registration. However, absent the legal authority to make this change, SCDHHS remains required by federal law to provide voter registration application forms with each Medicaid application,” Leieritz said of the matter.
If that’s the case, this means that EVERY SINGLE such agency in all 50 states is being forced to hand out these forms.
As if it weren’t already bad enough that American taxpayers are being forced to foot the bill for all of these government services going towards illegals who have never paid a dime of taxes here – apparently we’re also paying for them to give those illegals everything they need to register to vote!
South Carolina state Rep. Adam Morgan noted that even illegals and their family members are confused about why on earth they’re being given paperwork to register as voters – given that it’s against the law for them to do so.
Morgan noted that one illegal was actually so confused after receiving these papers that they asked a relative who is a citizen if they were supposed to fill this out and when the relative told them they cannot because they’re not a citizen, the individual then asked “why are they giving this out to noncitizens?”
The South Carolina Rep. added that this particular individual mailed the forms back to the Medicaid office along with a message for the government agency – telling them they shouldn’t be giving voter registration forms to people who are not eligible to vote.
The Biden White House is purposefully SABOTAGING America and even the illegals coming here can see that!
This is a MASSIVE breach of America’s election integrity and the only way to fix it is to amend the 30-year-old NVRA which is not going to happen since Democrats control Congress and the White House.
The NVRA was passed by a Democrat majority in the House and Senate, before being signed into law by Democrat President Bill Clinton – it’s almost as if they wanted this to happen…
At the very least, we know Joe Biden CERTAINLY wants this to happen but he hopes that more illegals – or as he likes to call them “model citizens” will simply register to vote (for him of course) without caring that what they’re doing is a violation of federal law.

New Mexico gives out driver license to illegals and registers them to vote. And the ID they can use is a utility bill with a name and address. I thought the law was “one must be a citizen to vote”. Proof of citizenship needs to be a mandatory to be able to vote through out our nation!
