With every day that passes, it looks increasingly likely that Donald Trump is going to win the 2024 election in a smashing landslide. The lawfare cases against him are falling apart. They can’t jail him, so they’ll have to beat Donald Trump in an election. Unless, of course, wannabe dictator Joe Biden invokes the nightmare scenario and tries to prevent us from having an election at all.
It looks like this is exactly what Biden is trying to do. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin is calling on Congress to place the National Guard units of all 50 states and all US territories under the authority of the Space Force. This would upend the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 and give Joe Biden control of a domestic military force to clamp down on the American people and usher in a dictatorship with Democrats permanently in charge.
For this to happen, Congress would have to amend Title 32 and Title 10 of the U.S. Code. The amendments that the Biden regime is requesting would require Governors to allow changes to National Guard units.
In a very telling sign, all 50 Governors are opposed to this dictatorship power grab that Biden is attempting. Every single Republican and Democrat Governor in the US has let Secretary Austin know they’re opposed to giving the federal government control of their National Guard units. Texas Governor Gregg Abbott and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis each sent letters of opposition to Secretary Austin, and the other 48 Governors sent a joint letter.
The joint letter from 48 Governors stated, “Governors must maintain full authority as Commanders in Chief of these assets to effectively protect operational readiness and America’s communities.”
They argue that moving all the National Guard units to the Space Force would impact their ability to use the Guard to respond to emergencies like natural disasters. While that is definitely important, some might argue that it’s even more important to not give Joe Biden a standing army to police and murder his political opponents.
Gov. Gregg Abbott stated in his letter to the DOD that this directive is a “power grab for the National Guard” to give U.S. military secretaries “unilateral authority to dismantle National Guard units on a whim.”
Democrats have been begging Joe Biden to federalize the National Guard in Texas, ever since Abbott effectively sealed the border with Guard units. The illegal alien invasion has now shifted to New Mexico, Arizona, and California because Biden’s illegals can no longer invade the country through Texas. If Biden seizes control of the National Guard, he’ll be able to throw the border in Texas wide open again.
Gov. DeSantis argued in his letter that surrendering the Florida National Guard to the federal government would leave the state vulnerable to hurricanes. The Guard plays an instrumental role in public safety, rescues, and other duties whenever Florida has a major storm.
“Oh, my gosh! This is just another crazy conspiracy theory and misinformation! Joe Biden would never do that!”
Oh, yes, he would. Last year, a crippled baby boomer and Trump supporter in his 70s said rude things about Joe Biden on Facebook. Biden sent the FBI to his house, and they shot him in the face and killed him for irritating Biden.
Also last year, Biden sent the Secret Service to investigate a Trump supporter in Maine. His crime? He posted a meme on Twitter about Joe Biden pooping his pants.
In 2024, the Biden regime is arresting peaceful January 6 protesters at twice the rate of the previous two years. Joe Biden constantly states that he wants to eliminate “MAGA extremists” with F-16s and nuclear weapons. He is chomping at the bit to use the military to slaughter his political enemies and put us all under the iron boot of communism and globalism.
Do you really believe that Joe Biden needs the National Guard units from all 50 states, plus all US territories, for frickin’ Space Force? Really?
This is the most shocking and brazen attempted power grab that any of us have seen in our lifetimes. Congress had good reasons for passing the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878. We don’t know how the current Congress feels about this power grab, because no one has responded to it yet. The good news is that every single Governor sees through what Biden is attempting to do, and many of them probably wouldn’t give up their Guard units even if Congress does change the law.

The biggest issue contributing to this is the 17th Amendment which shifted the balance of power away from the states and to the federal government. The Senators were supposed to represent the states, and the House was intended to represent the people. The 17th Amendment shifted things when they were converted a vote of the people where the Senators no longer represent the states but rather , now they are just another House representing the people!
