No one in the media will ever admit it, but the trade policies of President Donald J. Trump are the only thing still propping up the faltering US economy under Joe Biden’s mismanagement. That’s not an exaggeration. We’re going to prove it.
For the first time since 2004, China has lost its status as the #1 exporter of goods to the United States. When President Trump first came into office in January of 2017, China accounted for 21% of all imports to the United States. Companies had been offshoring jobs to China for decades so they could turn around and sell us cheap crap by exporting it back to us, placing unfair burdens on American companies. Our companies can’t compete when it comes to China’s slave labor. China was walking all over us.
In 2023, China accounted for only 13.9% of goods imported to the US. They were surpassed by Mexico (at 15%), which is suddenly our biggest trading partner in the world as of last year.
This did not happen because of some genius economic policy that the number-crunchers in the basement of the Biden White House came up with. It happened because of President Trump’s tariffs on Chinese goods, which the Biden regime has quietly left in place.
You might remember that President Trump also replaced NAFTA with a new trade agreement with Mexico. They used to be our biggest trading partner prior to the Bill Clinton-George W. Bush era that brought us NAFTA. That makes sense, since goods don’t have to cross an entire ocean to be exchanged between the US and Mexico. Now that Trump’s tariffs are in the mix, Mexico is once again in the #1 spot as our biggest trading partner.
The EurAsian Times reported on this overseas, but you’re not going to see this anywhere in the American media. Even that newspaper didn’t want to give Trump credit for this, but they had to. Buried in paragraph 9 of the report is this gem:
“The [Biden] administration has also chosen to retain the $370 billion worth of tariffs on Chinese products imposed by the previous administration led by Donald Trump.”
Hahahahaha! That’s almost a third of our annual federal budget that China just paid. Don’t look for Joe Biden to give you a big tax break, however.
Funny how Karine Jean-Pierre hasn’t bragged about that in a White House press briefing. Donald Trump’s tariffs, which all the “smart” people pooh-poohed at the time, are literally propping up Joe Biden’s cruddy economy.
Here’s how Joe Biden dogged on the tariffs back in 2019:
“Trump’s tariff war with China is crushing American farmers. It’s easy to talk tough when someone else feels the pain.”
Donald Trump brought billions of dollars in new revenue back to the US to the benefit of American farmers. The only thing that Joe Biden has done is drive the price of diesel up to the highest level ever. It’s probably not a big mystery as to which side the farmers fall on in this debate.
Vox whined about the Trump tariffs on China as well:
“The U.S. may be generating some revenue from tariffs, but billions of dollars aren’t pouring in.”
Yeah, they are! And Joe Biden just took the money without mentioning it!
One week after President Trump left office in 2021, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace claimed that the tariffs had caused inflation and cost jobs. American employment was higher than it’s ever been that week, and inflation was 1.4%. What did cause inflation, which has driven the price of groceries up by 40% in the past three years, was Joe Biden strangling the oil and gas industry while going on a $2 trillion spending orgy with Congress in March of 2021.
Donald Trump isn’t even in office and he’s crushing China’s economy. They lost a huge chunk of exports to the US when companies didn’t want to pay the tariffs. Companies doing business in China have had their profits eaten up when they opted to pay the tariffs. Mexico has replaced China once again as our most important trade partner. All of this was made possible because of Donald Trump’s policies. Imagine how the country would be doing if the 2020 election hadn’t been stolen from us.
So true! Americans would be so much happier if the Dems wouldn’t have cheated to put the puppet in!! America would still be a wonderful powerful country if the assclowns hadn’t taken over. Bidens handlers are the true threat to all of us. They are doing everything they are claiming Trump has done and would do if he became POTUS again. I feel bad that I supported Dems up until the Clinton administration, I should have left them sooner. Lesson learned. We must not let them keep control or we will all suffer miserably!!

That would be the best thing for Americans in four years “get the democrats out ” i can not understand how some people thank i over heard a person say they were going to vote for Biden cause he said his policy was the right one ! “He said ” of course Biden is going to say that — your suppose to have a better brain than crooked Biden and know what is policies have done to this country. The democrats are the greatest destroyers of this country and it don’t take much to see that. They cheat they lie they destroyed. They act like they hate America and American people thats how bad the democrats are they are a deadly virus out to destroy the very ways of living for every man women and child on this homeland. We must get the democrat out of office and a true American put in. There are some that are running for president that if gets in they would be another Biden and four years of them would destroy us. Hope and pray the right one gets in.
This country will not survive with another term by the biden Cabel. The biden administration is just like the (actually) part of the WEF. They are so elite that they do not even know or care what they are doing to us average Joes.
We need a leader back in office that is not part of the crooks pulling the strings.
