The IRS subpoenaed Hunter Biden’s bank records as early as May 2019, as well as President Joe Biden’s brother James Biden, according to JP Morgan Chase bank.
The details related to the subpoena had not previously been released, but have now been made public in a report by Breitbart News. The document appears to have sought information regarding connections with banking transactions to China.
Hunter’s international business pursuits have long been a concern for the Biden administration. Attacks on the issue were a staple of then-President Donald Trump’s attacks on Biden during debates in the 2020 presidential election campaign.
A laptop left by Hunter at a computer repair story also revealed several years of communications from the president’s son, including business communications with international leaders in China and other nations.
Mainstream media largely downplayed the investigation, leaving the details related to Hunter untouched as Joe Biden sought to win in a close race with Trump. Also concerning are reports that then-Attorney General William Barr told prosecutors to keep the investigation quiet before the election to keep it from becoming a political issue.
The news was and is a political issue, however, and one Americans deserve to know. If the president’s son was involved in illegal business deals in China or other locations, how much did his father know and when? Biden was vice president during some of the alleged events, making them potentially criminal activities during his own time in office.
Donald Trump Jr. has argued the influence is so strong that, “The entire Biden family is bought and paid for by the Chinese Communists!!!” he said on Twitter in a post sharing the Breitbart article.
As Biden enters his second year in office, details of Hunter’s business dealings in China are just now coming out. The subpoena shows much more was happening during the campaign involving Biden’s family than the president ever admitted.
Hunter Biden and two business associates received a grand jury subpoena regarding their business dealings in China about 17 months before the 2020 presidential election. Now the accusations may become important again as Democrats face difficult midterms and Biden seeks to strengthen his administration to prepare for a second-term run in 2024.
Do you think the information could have an impact on the elections? The same bombshell information that could have made the difference in 2020 could certainly change some votes in 2022 and 2024 as well.
One great part about the Information Age is that the information is out there somewhere. A campaign can attempt to cover up the past, but diligent efforts often exploit past damage even years later. The growing information regarding Hunter’s business pursuits, along with allegations of his own drug use and sexual exploits, could come back to serve as a problem for Biden and Democrats this year and in 2024 where Biden could face Trump once again.
Maybe the delayed release of Hunter’s financial information could have one additional benefit in 2022 as well. Instead of only impacting President Biden, the effort to cover up the scandals of the past could negatively impact the entire Democrat Party and lead to a red wave that retakes the House and possibly the Senate in the midterm elections.
As long as bare shelves- Beijing Brandon is in office, the subpoenaed records will be put in a round file. It will be a COLD case for the next 10 years or so until the demonrat turds are flushed out of the cesspool .
