Vaccine Mandates Are Getting Crushed in the Courts – But Not on College Campuses

A recent Supreme Court ruling has allowed multiple groups in different states to now successfully sue to lift or abolish vaccine mandates. The high court ruled that states and the Biden administration cannot ban religious exemptions for vaccine mandates, while allowing exemptions for other reasons.

Six blue states tried to pull that during the pandemic. They denied all religious exemptions, while allowing professions like college professors (Joe Biden donors) to claim exemptions. Vaccine mandates are starting to crumble as a result, but not on college campuses where the shots are likely to do the most damage.

The Pacific Justice Institute just won a major victory against the University of Michigan, one of the nation’s largest solid organ transplant centers. We’ve talked recently about people in Canada and here in the US who are being denied life-saving organ transplants because they are unvaccinated—even if the patients prove they’ve recovered from COVID and have robust antibodies against the disease.

These hospitals have been more than willing to allow patients to die because they’re unvaccinated. When the Pacific Justice Institute filed suit against the University of Michigan last month, it quickly abolished its vaccine mandate. This is great news for the patients that PJI filed suit for since they can now at least go on the waitlist for transplants.

The university is trying to weasel out of this by claiming that “new information” prompted them to make a “voluntary decision” to revoke the mandate.

What “new information” was that? Was it because everyone now thinks you’re a bunch of anti-American d**ks?

Liberty Counsel has been suing the state of Maine after many nurses were fired for refusing to take the shot. (Side note: How much of a warning sign should it have been to people when healthcare professionals were refusing to take the experimental COVID shots?) Maine was one of the six states that denied people religious exemptions, while allowing other types of exemptions. Maine Attorney General Kimberly Patwardhan filed a motion to dismiss the case from the fired nurses.

The case was being appealed before a three-judge panel on the First Court of Appeals in Boston. Fortunately, Judge Sandra Lynch wasn’t falling for Patwardhan’s nonsense. She ripped the Maine AG a new one.

“You obviously have not been reading the U.S. Supreme Court precedent on this or else you would not have filed your motion to dismiss,” noted Lynch.

In addition to firing nurses, Maine also threatened to revoke the medical licenses of any hospitals or healthcare employers if they did not mandate the shots for all employees. A separate suit has been filed in Maine on behalf of EMTs who were fired for refusing the shot. That case now has an even greater likelihood of success.

So, the good news is that justice is finally prevailing in many of these cases. Pacific Legal says it is filing additional suits against every transplant center in America that is still denying operations to unvaccinated people. Liberty Counsel and other groups are likewise suing states, medical centers and hospitals that imposed illegal mandates that resulted in untold numbers of people being fired.

Biden’s vaccine mandates against the military have finally been lifted as well, although the regime is refusing to reinstate all the soldiers and Marines they fired.

But what about colleges?

No one is speaking out about this, but there are still more than 1,000 colleges and universities around the country that required vaccine mandates for the current school year. A few of them have rescinded their mandates since last fall, but only after everybody who wanted to attend in-person classes was already vaxed and boosted.

Because colleges have been able to largely fly under the radar (the military and hospitals get most of the news coverage), none of them are feeling particularly obligated to lift the mandates. This is outrageous for two reasons.

First, college-aged students are the most at-risk age cohort for harmful side effects from the vaccines. Hundreds of studies have been published about this and Pfizer admits it in its internal documents. Young men are far more likely to get myocarditis, and young women are far more likely to experience reproductive disorders.

Second, almost every college that mandates the vaccine for students has exempted the college faculty members and support staffers. That’s insane. The students have to get the vaccine, but the professors and janitors don’t. That’s liberalism in action for you.

It’s great that the mandates are finally getting crushed, but when is someone going to turn their attention to the 1,000-plus colleges that are still mandating the shots?

  1. Colleges are not educating there paying student’s anyway, they are making blm antifa terrorists anyone who sends their kids to these woke anti American colleges that take China communist money deserve the Nazi agendas these woke colleges hand out because you have the right to say no to them, it takes a strong person to stand up than one that caves in. You pay for that education if more students of woke colleges would have said no you will not tell me what to do with my medical treatment, that they are the ones paying to bills not the colleges, sue college if you have affects from vaccine that they forced on you. But again real Americans don’t allow government to force anything on to them because this is America not Russia, China. Although colleges and universities get a hell of a lot of money from China!

  2. Since there is so much controversy about the effectiveness (or lack of effectiveness) of the vaccines that were rushed through the testing system, I would be reluctant to take them again.
In my opinion, the vaccine manufacturers could have just sold distilled water and done as much for the people of this country! As it has been, those companies must have made out like bandits!
