Big, huge news came out of the CDC recently — except it came in the form of a quiet update. If the CDC had made this quiet announcement under any other administration, particularly a Democrat one, this would have been the biggest story of the week. Instead no mainstream media has reported on this update from the CDC—at all.
According to the CDC’s latest numbers, only six percent of COVID deaths can be attributed to the disease alone. In the other 94 percent of cases, there were other major contributors to the person’s death.
That’s enormous. You hear about comorbidities all the time, but it turns out the coronavirus is mostly only killing people who were already very sick and dying. It’s still sad, but it’s not exactly the deadly pandemic we were promised.
Before we go into full celebration, we should talk more deeply about what all of this really means. According to researchers at John Hopkins, there have been 190,000 coronavirus deaths in the U.S. this year. Using the new CDC information, that means only around 9,600 of those deaths were strictly from the virus. The other 180,000 or so all had comorbidities that contributed to their deaths. The top comorbidities range from blood clots to unintentional injuries.
Wait, what? Unintentional injuries? So the CDC is confirming that if a person was swimming in the ocean, got bit by a shark, tested positive for COVID upon their death, regardless of symptoms, they were being listed as dying from coronavirus.
When we take out unintentional injuries and the other comorbidities, we can see that this virus is dramatically less deadly than other viruses, including the flu. We don’t shut the country down, force the shuttering of every business in America, kill 30 million jobs and shut down schools for the flu every year so why are we doing it for COVID?
We should probably pump the brakes for a minute. Nuance is important. In this case, the most important nuance to understand is that some of the comorbidities can be caused by COVID itself. If you’re healthy, get the coronavirus and then get pneumonia and die, you’ll have COVID and pneumonia listed on the death certificate. That means that the real death toll from coronavirus is likely higher than 9,600, but it’s definitely lower than 190,000.
How do we sort it all out? The easiest way is to look at historic data. According to the CDC, we’re 10 percent above the expected death toll for the year. That comes to about 180,000 excess deaths so far in 2020. That lines up closely with the coronavirus total, and it exposes an obvious flaw. There is absolutely no way that 100 percent of all excess deaths are coming from one disease. That has never happened before in history, so we know we’re overcounting Wu Flu fatalities.
Another number we can compare is 2019 statistics. If we look at death totals for 2019 up through the end of August, we find that there were over 1.8 million deaths. The 2020 total through the end of August is also just over 1.8 million. In fact, so far, there have been 30,000 fewer deaths than at the same point in 2019. If this pandemic is so deadly, then why isn’t it showing up in these statistics?
Here’s the real truth. You’re going to have to make up your own mind. Is coronavirus super deadly? Has it impacted people you care about? Which statistics do you find most compelling? You’re an intelligent, independent person. You can decide what to believe, but you can walk away from this with one final question to ponder. Why is this the first time you’ve heard that 2019 was deadlier than 2020?
It’s all about political expediency and greed; medical facilities, clinics, hospitals, etal benefitted monetarily by falsifying records contending that folks testing positive for COVID-19 but actually died from comorbidities or underlying conditions, nonetheless did so to collect the Federal funds available to further treat the virus. Basically, they defrauded the taxpayers to receive money they wouldn’t otherwise be entitled to. Coupled with those having an interest in developing a vaccine and corrupt public officials, they collectively tried to destroy the country and demonize the Trump administration.
It is also about ego. They predicted a pandemic, and by god they will have a pandemic regardless of the facts!!!

I have always been a non-believer. I think the “pandemic” is a very successful plan of the Democratic party. They don’t care how many lives have been ruined. Your article confirms my suspicion from the beginning! Numbers vastly inflated. Many of the deaths are folks 65 and older and they probably were sick before they got COVID. So thats a huge number right there. Also the numbers were slowly reported and quietly reported on the ages of people that died with COVID. Again most of the people dying from the virus were older and already sick( 65 and over-not the young). One of the crucial points right from the beginning is most people that get the virus just get sick and most of the cases under 65 are mild. The reaction from the start has been irresponsible!!!!! This is NOT the spanish flu that claimed one of two people that contracted it. 1000% political-Shameful!!!!

This information is hardly surprising and it should never have been so. A true pandemic would have been much more virulent, much deadlier than Covid 19 ever came close to becoming. I have found the media cannot be trusted to report the truth so we are on our own. I see the media posting maps of COVID – “Hot Spots” – They have the entire state of Florida covered in red – very bad. Well I live in Florida and I know of 1 person in my area who has tested positive. There are over a million people in our county. This person had to be tested to go back to work. He was first given the swab in the nose test – which came back positive. He was then given a bloodwork test that came back negative. So they deemed him positive and he was pout on quarantine – hardly scientific – when 2 tests for the same thing bring 2 different results – more tests are indicated as one of your results is obviously wrong. Seems to me they either went with the result they wanted to get or they “assumed” – and we all know what to assume does. I have friends and family all over the state. I do have a niece that contracted COVID-19. She is nurse at a hospital. She was sick for a few days and recovered. Now I hear all the talk about long term affects. Really – so NOW they know what the long term affects of a disease they know so little about are? Pure fear mongering but WHY??

My daughter and son-in law live out side Denali National park in Alaska. They were both exposed to covid-19 early in the year. They are both in their mid 50’s and 60’s and lucky for them in excellent health. They got it from a doctor in Fairbanks my son-in-law was seeing for a hip replacement. They both had mild cold/flu symptoms and never thought anything about it until the health dept called to inform them that they had been exposed and to shelter in place unless it got a whole lot worse. By the time the health dept. called they were almost over it. They said it lasted about a week. They were both tested before my son-in laws surgery and found to have the antibodies. All the people exposed and the doctor survived. Counting the Doctor 17 in all. I agree Theresa To withhold any treatment is a crime and should be laid at the feet of the DNC. They couldn’t remove Trump by accursing him of every crime they could think up so as a last resort a made for politics’ Pandemic which has never occurred in this nation or the world in my 77 years. Well, I believed everything in this article. Thought it was all hype. However, my family in Chicago all got Covid. My son, his wife, his 10-year-old son, and his 23-year-old son. The 23-year-old is now in the hospital on a Covid floor and was given Remdesivar. He was pretty sick with a fever of 104.7, terrible coughing, diarrhea, loss of appetite, etc. He is basically a healthy young man, working and going to college. He is getting better, but some of his markers are high and they are watching for PE. I do not feel like it is all hype.

How is the regular flu counted? Are shark bites with positive testing for flu listed as death by flu? This may not be as dramatic as it appears. I know “alcohol related deaths” are done this way. Any alcohol in the blood, no matter how minute, and a crash is alcohol related (even if the death was caused by a tree falling on a car you just got into). It would seem bureaucracy would do things the same way. Now, if this ISN’T true, then we got something as it would fall into the area known as propaganda. What it does show, regardless, is that the spreading out of the deaths with masks, social distancing, etc was not needed. There was no way the hospitals would be overwhelmed.

One of my dermatology team has a family member who went for testing, signed in, and after an hour of waiting, left without the test, received notice that he had tested positive. One of my family members has a friend whose mother had terminal cancer and died. Her death certificate listed cause of death as COVID.
I belong to an organization with over 12000 members and family. No known cases, and no deaths (Most of us are over 70). Hmmmmmmmmmm.

How can it be obvious that it is NOT the coronavirus that is causing the “excess deaths”? It’s not obvious and it’s not explained in your article. I would appreciate an answer. Thanks!
