Tony Bobulinski, the former Hunter Biden business partner turned whistleblower, has become a target of the Biden family and as such may very soon face the wrath of the corrupt Justice Department who almost exclusively exists to do the Biden’s bidding at this point!
According to recent NBC News reports, Hunter Biden has been secretly demanding that Bobulinski be investigated by the DOJ, so it’s only a matter of time before his Daddy’s personal gestapo complies.
Hunter’s attorneys are trying to claim that several of the bombshell allegations made by Bobulinski about the Biden family’s criminal enterprise are “false” and warrant an investigation by the feds.
“Specifically, we recently received information demonstrating that numerous statements made by Mr. Bobulinski in Washington, D.C. during an interview with the FBI on October 23, 2020, concerning our client, Hunter Biden, are false,” Hunter’s defense attorney, Abbe D. Lowell, wrote.
But Hunter and his legal team are not satisfied with letting just anyone investigate Bobulinski.
Hunter and co. are demanding that Biden-appointed DA for Washington DC, Matthew Graves, head the investigation.
Graves, was appointed by Biden after working on his 2020 campaign as an unpaid policy adviser AND he donated to Biden’s 2020 campaign while working as an attorney in the private sector – all of which suggests his fealty to the Biden family might be enough to have him persecute Bobulinski, an individual who has been instrumental in exposing how corrupt the Bidens are.
Graves has already exposed his devout loyalty in the past, testifying in October that he REFUSED to partner with Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss on the “effort” to charge Hunter Biden for tax offenses.
This DA is a Biden-loyalist first and foremost, which is why Hunter is seeking to have him lead the weaponization of the DOJ against his former business partner.
One claim specifically which Hunter’s lawyers are claiming is false is one made by Bobulinski to the FBI in which he states he was in attendance for a meeting in Miami where the Biden family’s partnership with CEFC – a Chinese energy conglomerate linked to the CCP – was discussed in detail.
This is the infamous Biden family deal which described 10% being “held by H for the big guy (Joe Biden).”
Lowell argues that Bobulinski was not present when Hunter met with the CEFC representative Ye Jianming.
“CEFC had used its relationship with HUNTER BIDEN and JAMES BIDEN – and the influence attached to the BIDEN name – to advance CEFC’s interests abroad. HUNTER BIDEN and JAMES BIDEN did not receive any monetary compensation for their assistance in these projects. HUNTER BIDEN and JAMES BIDEN did not receive any compensation because JOSEPH BIDEN was still VPOTUS during this time period,” reads the Bobulinski FBI testimony.
It continues, “There was a concern it would be improper for payments to be made to HUNTER BIDEN and JAMES BIDEN by CEFC due to its close affiliation with the Chinese government. HUNTER BIDEN and JAMES BIDEN both wanted to be compensated for the assistance they had provided to CEFC’s ventures; in particular, they believed CEFC owed them money for the benefits that accrued to CEFC through its use of the BIDEN family name to advance their business dealings.”
Eventually this led to the creation of a joint venture between the Bidens and CEFC called Hudson West III in August 2017 which discussed them being paid for “consulting fees.”
“My Understanding is that the original agreement with the Director was for consulting fees based on introductions alone a rate of $10M per year for a three year guarantee total of $30M,” Hunter wrote in an email to Chinese business associate Gongwen Dong in August 2017.
In that same email, Hunter discussed a MEETING IN MIAMI which led to a revised deal that he refers to as a “A MUCH MORE LASTING AND LUCRATIVE ARRANGEMENT to create a holding company 50% percent owned by ME and 50% owned by [the director].”
Hunter and his legal team cannot even deny that this meeting took place or that it resulted in disturbing deals made with individuals linked to the Communist Chinese government, so instead, they’re looking to use the DOJ to punish Bobulinski for daring to expose it.
