Judge Orders Hillary To Answer Email Scandal Questions Under Oath

The determined efforts of Judicial Watch have finally caught up to Hillary Clinton, and a federal judge has ordered her to answer questions under oath about the web of deceit she cast as Obama’s Secretary of State.

Many recall that Hillary denied military support to the Americans under terrorist siege at Benghazi and then rolled out a phony story about a video to cover up the facts. Her lies during that trial should have alerted us that she was probably covering up other nefarious acts.

Her most brazen cover up act (that we know of) was the infamous private, unsecured email server she installed in the bathroom at her private residence. It was a blatant violation of federal law.

Hillary was never asked questions under oath directly about the scandal. Her answers in other cases only touched on it and people like FBI chief James Comey and Attorney General Loretta Lynch kept letting her get away with it. The disgusting double-standard in the “justice” system continues to allow political elites such as Hillary to act with impunity while regular folks go to jail (Roger Stone, Mike Flynn, Paul Manafort, George Papadopoulos).

Unfortunately for Hillary, conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch didn’t argue their case in front of an Obama judge who let her off the hook again.

“It is time to hear directly from Secretary Clinton,” U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. Judge Royce Lamberth reportedly said. “As extensive as the existing record is, it does not sufficiently explain Secretary Clinton’s state of mind when she decided it would be an acceptable practice to set up and use a private server to conduct State Department business, her reasons for using a private server and her understanding of State’s records management obligations.”

Judge Lamberth, who was appointed by Pres. Ronald Reagan, issued an order that compels Hillary to sit for a deposition and try to spin her tale under oath. Unlike the informal interview Comey  and the FBI conducted during the run-up to the 2016 election, her statements can be used in court this time.

Judicial Watch has been battling the U.S. Department of State, and Department of Justice for more than five years to gain access to emails many believe compromised national security and others that prove criminal negligence in the Benghazi attacks.

“This is the case that broke open the Clinton email scandal way back in 2015. It’s about the Benghazi talking points. The judge wants to know what was Hillary Clinton thinking when she was using this system as it relates to the Freedom of Information Act,” president of Judicial Watch Tom Fitton reportedly said.

“He wants to know about whether there are document issues related to Benghazi. Her top aide Chery Mills also has to be questioned. He also authorized us to subpoena Google because there’s this issue about whether one of her email aides or vendors can send all of her emails to a Google account. This is a broadening inquiry.”

The judge overseeing the case also demonstrated frustration over the slow dribble of documents and emails relating to the Judicial Watch Freedom of Information lawsuit. Deep State Democrats have been engaged in foot-dragging tactics since revelations of the email scandal broke. High-ranking FBI officials went as far as to delay action when sensitive government emails were found on sex-offender Anthony Weiner’s laptop. The seven-term New York congressman reportedly remains married to top Hillary confidant Huma Abedin after they withdrew a divorce filing around the time of his sex offense prosecution.

The recent win by Judicial Watch marks the first time Hillary will be required to answer questions on the record about her wide-ranging lies about the unprotected server, Benghazi, and other potentially criminal activities while secretary of state.
