Bill Barr Finally Arrested Someone and the Media is Still a Pile of Hot Garbage

The Russian collusion coup attempt of 2016-17 was just as historically significant as the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, with one obvious exception. The Obamagate co-conspirators were too incompetent to pull it off. Despite the seriousness of this treasonous attempt to alter the course of American history, by removing a sitting president through unlawful means, the media wants you to know this is a really boring and confusing story. And no outlet thinks that it’s more boring than that pile of hot garbage that is funded by our tax dollars: National Public Radio.

The amazing news is that Attorney General Bill Barr has finally arrested somebody in relation to the collusion coup. Most of us thought this would never happen. Kevin Clinesmith is the FBI lawyer who altered a CIA email to the FBI, and then the FBI coup plotters presented that doctored email to the FISA court to continue spying on Carter Page and every American he talked to for another 6 months. Clinesmith will plead guilty to one count of making a false statement in an email.

When former FBI Director James Comey’s team was trying to cook up “evidence” to frame the Trump 2016 campaign for “Russian collusion,” an embarrassing email from the CIA arrived. That email basically stated:

“Former Naval intelligence officer Carter Page? Oh, yeah, he’s one of our CIA assets and an expert on Russia. He works for us. Carter Page is totally a CIA spook who helps keep America safe by spying on his Russian contacts and then sharing everything with us here at the CIA. Great guy!”

Oops. Comey and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein (under the direction of former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, most likely) had already used Hillary Clinton’s Russian potty dossier to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on Carter Page – and now the CIA had thrown a wrench in the works. It turned out that Carter Page was a patriot who was only guilty of colluding with America, against Russia.

No biggie. FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith changed the CIA email so that it read:

“Carter who?!”

The FBI then presented that doctored email to the FISA court, after it had been changed to mean the exact opposite of what it originally said. Here’s how NPR reported it:

“FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith plans to plead guilty to charges related to information-gathering involving the Trump campaign and Russia four years ago.”

Nothing to see here, NPR listeners. Just some charges related to information-gathering. Could happen to anyone in the course of doing their day-to-day job, really! Sort of like a process crime. But… not a SERIOUS process crime like the one Roger Stone committed. Kevin Clinesmith was just sitting at his desk gathering information and then the Department of Justice charged him with a crime. Probably by accident. Now go back to sleep, because we’re putting your tax dollars to good use by reporting the news!

CNN is reporting the story as if Clinesmith made a clerical error. Like he misfiled some paperwork or put the wrong amount of postage on a package. CNN wants its dwindling audience of people trapped at the airport to know that this was really sort of a mistake on the part of the DOJ.

After the news broke about Clinesmith’s pending guilty plea, CNN Editor-at-Large Chris Cillizza covered the story by declaring, “There is zero evidence that the FBI ‘spied’ on Trump’s campaign.”

Andrea Mitchell at MSNBC told her confused viewers, “An FBI lawyer plans to plead guilty in connection to the Robert Mueller investigation.”

Wow! Did you catch that sleight-of-hand? Clinesmith’s crime had absolutely nothing to do with the Mueller investigation. Mueller didn’t catch Clinesmith, nor did his crack investigators uncover the fact that Clinesmith had altered evidence in a court proceeding to frame an innocent man. By falsely connecting Clinesmith’s guilty plea to the Mueller investigation, MSNBC makes it sound as if Mueller caught someone colluding with Russia.

If NPR had been around on July 7, 1865, it would have reported: “Military accidentally hangs four Confederate sympathizers for no apparent reason.” We can’t do anything to CNN and MSNBC other than continue to never watch their “news” coverage.

But why are we still paying for NPR to lie to us with our tax dollars?
