Joe Biden managed to escape his classified documents scandal with no charges, but it certainly did not come without a cost – it may have just lost him the election.
Special Counsel Robert Hur determined that Biden most certainly did illegally handle classified documents at his Delaware home and separate private offices – in places where they could easily be accessed by the likes of Hunter Biden and Chinese foreign nationals.
Hur’s report says the investigation “uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen” but opted not to charge him for one very specific reason which should have us all terrified about Joe’s ability to lead the country.
The special counsel determined that Joe Biden’s cognitive function is virtually non-existent, suggesting he is simply “too old and feeble” to be charged with such a crime.
The Justice Department concluded that Biden was guilty – but they pointed to Biden’s failed brain and suggested they could not in good conscience charge the elderly old man.
In his report, Hur states, “Mr. Biden’s memory also appeared to have significant limitations – both at the time he spoke to Zwonitzer in 2017, as evidenced by their recorded conversations, and today, as evidenced by his recorded interview with our office.”
It carried on, saying Biden’s conversations were “painfully slow” and that he was “struggling to remember events and straining at times to read and relay his own notebook entries.”
“In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden’s memory was worse,” the special counsel continued, saying “he did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (‘if it was 2013 – when did I stop being Vice President?‘), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (‘in 2009, am I still Vice President?‘).”
Biden reportedly couldn’t remember other things such as when his son Beau died, details surrounding Afghanistan, and mistaking his strongest allies for his fiercest enemies.
According to Hur, a jury would likely be too “sympathetic” towards Biden because he’s very clearly “an elderly man with a poor memory.”
“Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him [Biden], he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him – by then a former president will into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.“
Nevertheless, the DOJ found evidence that Biden “willfully retained marked classified documents about Afghanistan and unmarked classified handwritten notes in his notebooks, both of which he stored in unsecured places in his home.”
It was Biden’s severe cognitive decline that saved him from prosecution – yet somehow these same people expect us to believe that he is mentally fit enough to be running the country?
It’s pure comedy at this point.
Meanwhile, President Donald Trump is still facing a 40-count indictment for keeping classified docs in a secured room at his Mar-a-Lago estate – even though as PRESIDENT he was legally allowed to keep these documents.
The two-tiered justice system has once again gone out of its way to protect Democrat Joe Biden – but this time, it may have cost him a whole lot more than he’s used to!
After the special counsel’s decision was released, Biden held an “emergency” press conference to try and do some damage control though it seems he only made things worse for himself.
During the presser, Biden snapped on reporters for questioning his mental fitness while claiming he is “the most qualified person in the United States to be president.”
However, he went on to make SEVERAL mental mistakes throughout the press conference, including confusing Mexico and Egypt while discussing the Israel-Hamas conflict.

According to the reports, Biden has had control of these classified documents for the past forty years. And in that time he has shown or given classified documents to his “ghost” writer writing his memoirs. How many people did his “ghost” writer show those classified documents to, and how do we know whether that writer sold any of that information to suspicious people for his own advantage? The unfortunate answer is – we don’t. Biden not only removed classified documents he had no right or privilege to have he allowed them to be used by someone who had no authority what-so-ever to even handle them let alone read them. Biden should be indicted immediately and removed from office.
All who helped him run the country should be indicted. They took advantage of his mental state. There are so many that are guilty. If they were all impeached, we’d have no one running the country. There are only a few who spoke up like Texas Governor Abbott and Florida Governor DeSantis. Do as President Trump said, Build the Wall and send all illegals back where they came from.
